ZERO STARS!!! I never write reviews, but this service was horrible!!!
This was honestly the worst fast food experience that i've ever encountered. Sat, Nov 14th I went through the drive of this Taco Bell and placed my order about 11:30p. One of the items i asked for was their cinnamon balls, but they told me that it was only served in the morning time. I go to Taco Bell frequently, so this was the first time i've heard of this. I wait behind 2 cars and eventually get to the window to pay for my order. After i pay, i was given no receipt, the cashier tells me to go back around through drive thru and when i come back my food will be ready. That's also a first. I've never been told this at ANY fast food place, but instead to park and they will bring my food out, however, that was not the case. So, i go back around and wait behind 3 cars. When i get back to the window my food is still not ready, When i eventually got my food, i immediately checked the bag. Almost half of my order was missing, and the food that i did get was barely wrapped and basically tossed in the bag with lettuce everywhere at the bottom of the bag. I go back a 3rd time through drive thru i told them about the order and at this point i just wanted a refund. The cashier was obviously new, and i could tell she was just doing what she was told. The shift leader, as she called herself, told the new employee to refund me. There was no empathy, no apologies, just "give her money back." The new employee asked the shift leader if she could do it and then train her on how to refund once they get on break and the shift leader said no and quickly showed her and left which told me that she basically didn't want to deal with me. Anyways, i get my money back and the amount is wrong. I got less than what i paid for. The employee just gave me a dollar and left it at that. I asked for my receipt and they advised that the system doesn't print late at night so they don't give receipts this late. I asked for the phone number to corporate to complain and the new employee said let me get the manager. The manager stated that she was actually a shift leader and not a manager. So confused! I ask the "shift leader" and the other 2 employees for their names and was advised that they are not allowed to give me that information. I've worked customer service all my life and never heard of that. They had no name tags on so i have no names. I then ask for the corporate phone number and the "shift leader" states 1-800-HOT-TACO. I called that number and it was to some distribution company and not Taco Bell corporate office. I Googled the phone and it was completely different. I ended up going to another Taco Bell and got wonderful service which included a receipt and also Cinnamon Balls.
The service received at this Taco Bell was completely unacceptable. I was unable to get names, however, the shift leader was a small, dark haired woman and the other employee i'm assuming did the food was a dark haired male that had headphones on the whole time this was happening. The new employee was a blonde-ish haired woman and her service was awesome and i can tell she was only doing and saying what she was being told.
I refuse to go back to this Taco Bell!
UPDATE:
I got a phone call from the manager in that area and he was nice and apologetic. They offered a $25 credit at Taco Bell and left it that. I have not ordered from Taco Bell since that day and they can...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I had probably the worst customer service experience here than any other fast food place. We decided to come here last night around 10pm. We got to the window and asked the drive thru woman to split the payment between two of our cards. She hesitated and said, "uh okay." 10 seconds later she handed us our cards back and said, "I only used one card because I don't know how to split it." She turned back to register. So she used 1 of our cards without authorization first and uses the lame excuse I don't know how to do it. You NEVER use anyone's money without authorization first. She broke some money handling procedures and didn't even bother to tell us which card she used. Only when asked, she said "the blue one." And they were both blue! There was a reason we asked to split if that wasn't a possibility then she should have informed us and we would have given her the card to use. She actually used the one that we were going to avoid if had to pay in full. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! She was also extremely rude to us! We called corporate on Amy. We also discovered she was the manager for the night! This was outrageous. They have Amy running the show who violates money handling procedures and who is rude to the customers? This was by far the absolute worst fast food experience I ever had. I've dealt with rudeness, slow, messed up orders. But never have I been to a place that has used without permission my card or taken money. This is stealing! Flat out stealing someone's money. And the GM did nothing, not even a refund. She backed up Amy and didn't want to give us corporates number. If I go back there (which I don't think I ever will now) if I see her trying to serve me I will specifically demand her not to touch anything of mine, and she will not be handling my transactions. This was a new low out there for all fast foods. Now we have to suffer the repercussions of more money being used (stolen) from this account. Please everyone, be aware. Stealing your money is not okay and you don't need to tolerate it. We hope this can be straightened out...
Read moreIm not one to complain usually so this is quite upsetting. So, I have gone to this taco bell for a while now. I've ordered food in the past and for the most part everything was fine. However, over the past couple of months I've gone and ordered from this location my order is ALWAYS getting messed up. Last time I went in for just a drink I wanted, that was the cherry sunrise freeze and was given a just a cherry icee. Before that I ordered for takeout and they were missing items. This time was the last straw for me, I had a decently large order as it was for three people. I ordered a steak quesadilla, 12pack of cinnabon delights, 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, two bean and cheese burritos with extra onion, three bean and cheese burritos with no red sauce and no onions, burrito supreme combo meal w/baja blast and a mango whip freeze. Now I'm usually very forgiving with fast food, I understand how busy they get, but this was the breaking point for me as it has happened on multiple occasions. When the order was picked up by my sister who for the most part followed up with double checking the order and brough it home. She told me they messed up the 2 soft tacos I ordered and gave us 2 with lettuce, she then said that they even almost forgot our drinks. When she got home and I opened the bag I realized we were missing things, I never got my quesadilla nor my 12pack of cinnabon delights. It was a $45 order and the two items that were missing costed together a total of $13 they were about $6 each. Both of us are exhausted after work, and didnt feel like dealing with it after she had corrected the...
