The food came pretty quickly (about 25-30 minutes).

Secret Sauce ($0.69): The sauce is pretty good. I would get it again.

Loaded Hot Chicken Fries ($16.95): This was pretty terrible that nobody wanted to eat it. The fries were very soggy. The chicken is not real meat and you can taste it. It also doesn't have the same texture as these pieces of chicken bites have air pockets like tofu.

Cali Burrito ($15.50): This was the better of the two but not great that I would order from here again.

The absolute WORST customer service ever. The guy running the show tonight was very rude and not helpful at all. Got the order wrong multiple times and refused to make it right. He made us order online (which is fine) and then continued to give us random food that was not what we ordered. He kept saying "we don't make that" despite it being on the menu, both on the window and online. I finally just asked for a refund and he refused and closed the window in my face. I will NEVER come back here and I'll let everyone know not to come to this place. Oh, and the food was straight...

I got the Nashville Hot Chikn Sandwhich which in itself was actually pretty decent, but I think this business could definitely benefit from hiring some new workers for their night shift. The guy at the window wouldn't let us order and insisted we place it online..even though we were literally right there. Some of the other items had to be corrected after we received them. Not sure if it's some sort of communication error with him, but Never Caged could definitely do with some employees that offer better service than...
