Consistently Disappointing and Completely Unprofessional

I’ve given this salon three chances, and each one has been a letdown. At this point, it’s clear the issues here go beyond a bad day — this place is fundamentally mismanaged.

Visit 1: I came in with a straightforward request, but no one seemed to understand what I wanted. Instead of asking clarifying questions, they immediately started trying to upsell me on services I never agreed to. It felt pushy and transactional, not professional.

Visit 2: Hoping for a better experience, I gave them another try. This time, they didn’t even know where to seat me. I was told they “try to accommodate everyone,” but it felt more like they were winging it. There was no clear system, and again, I felt like I didn’t matter.

Visit 3 (and final): I had a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived at 10:01. I was acknowledged and told it would be “another 6 minutes.” I waited. And waited. Over 10 more minutes passed with no update or courtesy check-in. At 10:20, I walked out. When I called to ask what happened to my appointment, I was told someone ahead of me arrived late, so I had to wait. Really? You have my phone number but couldn’t call or text to let me know? Also, 6 minutes doesn’t equal 20. If your staff can’t even manage time—or do basic math—that’s a red flag.

What’s most frustrating is the sense that they pick and choose who gets treated well. If you don’t look like a “priority” client, you’re basically invisible. The space is cramped, the process is chaotic, and customer service is an afterthought.
