I do like the store itself, it's bright and has a lot of nice things and lots of merchandise to choose from. It's a gift store carrying Michael Aram collection pieces (lots of different pieces to choose from), Arpi Krikorian gift items, and lots of other jewelry and home decor items. The employees were friendly as well. I purchased a knock off Alex and Ani Armenia map charm gold bangle for my 16 year old daughter and also an Armenian initial bracelet for her too. Considering the quality, these items are way too overpriced. The bangle was $35 and the charm fell off and got lost within the first week of use. Very disappointed considering it was a gift for her that I purchased while visiting California.

I also bought an Armenian initial "K" bracelet for her for $69! This price tag for a skimpy little bracelet is way too expensive. I purchased it thinking it was $45 like it's matching necklace. I thought I was overcharged after going over the receipt at home. I called for clarification and was told the tiny bracelet was $69. Had I known, I definitely would not have purchased that. It does not show the price at all. I was willing to spend the $45 (like it's matching necklace) only because it was a unique item which I thought my daughter would like. So while I enjoyed the selection of unique gift items at this store, I suggest you really think about your purchase, ask for price clarification on everything, and find out about their return policy. It's a shame but I almost feel like I got ripped off. We were rushing and I didn't clearly check the price and quality before shopping. Don't make the same mitstake.

Addition to my review: 10/10/18-- the initial k bracelet also broke with normal use. 5 months. I guess that's a long life considering it came from this store....

It was horrible dealing with the owner i believe it's the husband His very unwelcoming and arrogant it's like you have to beg him to buy from his store. If you have self-esteem and respect for yourself don't bother entering his store. The store is nice but very overpriced theres better stores that offer way better service where you don't have to beg to pay them money for there Chinese...
