Raising Cane’s has become my go-to spot when I’m craving high-quality, fresh chicken fingers and a no-fuss, satisfying meal. I’ve visited multiple locations, and the consistency in food quality, customer service, and overall experience is impressive.
Food Quality: The chicken fingers are always cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. They’re seasoned just right and never greasy. The crinkle-cut fries are golden and well-seasoned, and the Texas toast? Absolutely delicious with a buttery, slightly crispy finish. Don’t even get me started on the Cane’s Sauce—it’s addictive and ties the whole meal together perfectly.
Menu Simplicity: I really appreciate the focused menu. They know what they’re good at and do it exceptionally well. This keeps the service quick and the quality high. It’s a great place for a quick bite without sacrificing flavor or freshness.
Customer Service: The staff is always upbeat, polite, and fast. From the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru, you’re greeted with genuine friendliness. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately. It’s clear the employees are trained well and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The dining area and kitchen are always spotless. Even during busy hours, the staff makes an effort to keep everything tidy and organized. The music and energy in the restaurant add a youthful, fun vibe without being overbearing.
Value: For the quality of the food and service, the pricing is very reasonable. The portions are generous, and the combo meals offer a solid value, especially when compared to similar fast-casual chicken chains.
Final Thoughts: Raising Cane’s is a prime example of doing one thing and doing it really well. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, you’ll leave satisfied. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fast, flavorful, and consistently...
Read moreAfter having been to a few other locations, and thoroughly enjoying the food served there, we stumbled upon this location when we were in the neighborhood and needed something to eat. We thought we had lucked out with a Raising Cane's nearby, but this was not a pleasant experience.
When we got our two Box meals, we were shocked to see the miniature size of the chicken fingers. You can see them in the picture, and the fries next to them are not large fries, as can be seen by the sauce container. A more appropriate name would be Chicken Fingernails.
When I went to ask the lady at the counter, I was told, in no uncertain terms, that they're just the regular size and they just shrink as they're cooked. I tried to explain that I have been to other locations and their chicken fingers are always big enough that I have trouble finishing the 4-piece meal, but all I got was a shrug.
Mind you, this is not a new problem; there are other reviews, from 2 weeks to 3-4 months ago, that have been just as disappointed with the little food value given for the money, and the owner has replied apologizing, and offering a phone number to remedy the situation, but that is simply a PR response, because their chicken continues to be ridiculously small.
I will go back to one of the other locations, just to see if this problem is happening there as well now, but I'm certainly not going back to this location, even if the owner offers an apology stating that this is not the experience they want for their customers, and offers a phone number to make things right, yet continues to serve laughable servings for not little money.
The one thing this location has going for it is that the one restroom I went to was spotless. That level of care should translate to the food...
Read more'Cane's' is to Arizona what 'In N Out' is to California. The lines are always tremendously long, and no-one minds a bit to wait because the food is THAT good. Those lines do move really quickly, yet I don't consider this fast food because they have real chefs in the kitchen. Think of it more as 'fast food for people who don't eat fast food'. Everyone loves the Caniac Combo- 3 pieces of breaded chicken straps comes with fries, a side of cole slaw, Texas toast and 2 Cane's sauce cups (you can substitute the slaw for another piece of toast if slaw isn't your thing, or just try it- ITS GOOD TOO). Cane's celebrates our perpetual summertime by keeping the peach shake on the menu year round! Always get the peach shake! The grilled chicken is also terrific- cooked more like you would at home it's presented looking moist, slightly blackened from the charcoal grill, and I'm talking juicy, big bite-sized pieces. Perfect for dipping in that extra Cane's sauce you're going to ask for because there is never enough Cane's sauce. You'll see it, in its little to-go containers, and you'll think, eh, I know what it tastes like; but even if you've had it before, it's always so freaking good that your eyes open up wide and your head starts to nod on its own and you suddenly can't remember why you ever wanted to eat anywhere else. If you still aren't sure, or if you just want to know who the locals are, just ask the room who's down for Raising Cane's - and then look around, because every single local is making that face, and picturing that sauce without a doubt.
What, are you still doing here? Go. Now! You can...
