McDonald's — Restaurant in Glenmont

This location is full of disrespectful, un-knowledgeable managers I literally asked for their store number and they could Not give me one number. Instead I got hung up on, talked to like I am incompetent, and treated like I am criminal (felt interrogated). When the simple fact was, that I looked online for the store number and I could not find it. I found every location’s store number in the area but this store. I would not recommend this store to Anyone b/c of their lack of respect plus their consistency with messing up orders!! The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life all over a store number that is not even confidential. Veirs mill (21133) Randolph rd (1093)Germantown rd (15436) etc all disclosed online. Yes ,easy access, but this McDonald managing team has some members that do not know the number which is fine, and other managers made it safe to assume they have something to hide because they just would not tell me, for what reason,I do not know. Horrible experience hands down will be the last time shopping at this location without a doubt because of the disrespect, and consistent orders being WRONG. By the way this is my first time making a complaint even though they get my order incorrect half the time I go there, and I don’t even go there that much!!! This woman gave me the worst service I have ever received in my life. I ordered through the app and realized the main dining room was closed. I walked from my moms around the corner so I thought they'd be able to hand my order through the door, or via the pick up window. When I arrived I called and was told to come in and pick up my order. I think this was a mistake, maybe by a newer employee or whoever answers the phone. When I called back I got repeatedly hung up on. And when I went to the drive through window it only got worse. I approached friendly realizing I was coming up to the drive thru window. I told the gentleman my name and order, the woman was within ear shot. She told me to cancel my order which I am unable to do. Then she read my order to me, and refused to give it to me. I asked if she could either cancel it or give it to me and she continued saying I had to cancel. All of this as I'm showing the gentleman in the window my phone saying I cannot cancel. He's looking at her, I'm realizing she obviously has my order as she reads items to me without telling her. I've never felt like my presence did not matter like this. By Far the worst McDonald's in this area. It's the tallest McDonald's with 2 floors. When you walk inside only the first floor is being used and not alot of choices to sit at. The McDonald's through out the day is full of teenagers skipping school. Half of them are just there to meet and hang out. I wanted to dine-in and have breakfast but couldn't find a place to sit and sadly decided not to order an leave. Later i wantes to have dinner with the family but found out at dinner time they also shut the first floor and no one can dine-in. What's the point of having the tallest McDonald's in Glenmont? Should just take it apart and rebuild to just a wider first floor, with more seats available. The cashiers are rude and walk away if you have a question or concern.
