Alltown Pizza LLC — Restaurant in Glenolden

i’m not usually one to leave reviews and I probably shouldn’t while I’m upset but I’m gonna do it anyway. I order from all town all the time and I spent at least $80 there every time I order for my four person family. Plus tonight I had three extra people, I really only order their pizza fries and cheese steaks which are all good no issues there. When I do order pizza, I order the same thing every time a cheesesteak pizza just steak and cheese no sauce nothing else on it. Tonight I ordered through the Slice app and put those instructions in the special instructions on the app. Then a representative from all town called me to clarify that I just wanted steak and cheese on the pizza which I confirmed and thanked him for taking the extra step and calling me. The food was here quick however it was wrong there was sauce on the pizza so I called back. They told me they would replace them. 30 seconds later , they call me back and tell me they talk to the owner and he said he would replace one pizza but not the other. Mind you the pizzas were both untouched. I told the guy I don’t want to keep one because I don’t have anyone here that will eat it , obviously that’s why I’m asking for them to be replaced. So the guy says he understands and he will replace both. 30 minutes later the driver shows up with one corrected pizza. I called back and said what I said, but what can I do? They’re not gonna replace it. they told me they would give me discount on my next order. I don’t think I’m going to order from there again so that doesn’t help me either. Ordered pizza from them and the driver couldn’t get to my job. He stated to me that he would cancel the order and when I called to inquire the owner accused me of lying and said that the pizza was delivered! He claimed that they had surveillance of the driver returning to the store without pizza and he would have the driver return to my job (the place he couldn’t get to) to talk to me!!!! I felt like he tried to use an intimidation tactic. Meanwhile my job has cameras all over as well and it was after hours so it was only me and my team here in the first place. So unless the driver handed it to some random person which confuses me because I paid over the phone with my card so I should’ve at least signed the receipt!!!!! I suggest NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM ESPECIALLY WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALREADY BUT ALSO LET MY REVIEW HELP YOU! I will end up having to make a police report so if this has happened to anyone else also document this because this is SCAM AND FRAUD!!! Also when I called he keep referring to me as someone else in a hotel who also didn’t receive their order so this is definitely NOT the first time!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS...

There food is great. We have been ordering here for years. But this week we got 2 pizzas delivered that the cheese slid off the pizza into the box. We tried again today and this time The driver was new and he called twice to ask where we where. Told him the same thing both times. When he gets here the pizza cheese not only off but the pizza was folded in half. We asked if we could get another one and he gave us our money back and was going to take the other food back. Now where all looking at him confused and I said this foods ok just need a new pizza. He stood there with his hand out. So I was just like here have it and we don't want it.
