Read moreI figured it was time for me to make a healthy lifestyle change so I googled gyms in my area and came across Advance Fitness LLC. I went on there website and saw that they offer free group workout classes. I told one of my close girlfriends about it and we both registered and attended the free class together. After the class we spoke to Sean and Linda who informed us they do personal training and offer different programs for clients. Keep in mind I've had personal training in the past and it just didnt work out for me, so to he honest I was a littel skeptical. BUT what had me sold on Advanced Fitness LLC was this thing I've never heard of called an FMS test that they do with all clients before they can start personal training. This test basically let's the trainer and client know what level the client is on and what program is fit for the client. This was amazing to hear because as I stated previously I had personal training in the past, but I never had any testing done to find out how my mobility and movements are in everyday life. Within the next few weeks I signed up for personal training and completed the FMS test with Linda. Linda is an awesome trainer. She is informative and knows her stuff. She holds you accountable and she really cares about the health and safety of her clients. The owner Sean is also amazing and very knowledgeable and makes his clients feel comfortable coming to his gym.
