Chinatown restaurant — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

I placed an online order for pick up today 7/18/25 and when I went to pick up my order, the worker assumed I only spoke Spanish and started speaking to me in Spanish, saying “no mas no mas” meaning “no more no more”, which I was surprised by as I am fluent in English and didn’t expect him to assume I didn’t based on how I looked. It was close to closing hours, which is why I ordered for PICK UP and had PAID beforehand. Once he realized, he gave me my order and I left, as I did not want to be there any longer. However, when I got home, not only had he been rude at pick up, but he gave me the wrong order/items that I paid for were missing. Needless to say, I am not happy. Pictures are...

0-star review. Service and food were terrible. I ordered a cashew chicken, and it was a celery cashew. There were only a few chicken pieces, and the portions were tiny. I was there with my two kids, and the tip was included. I got up a couple of times to ask for water and chili oil. Not once was I asked if I was doing OK, but the waiter was too busy eating himself. When I asked why the tip was included, they did remove it. I was already annoyed and did not leave him an additional tip. The waiter dared to find me outside and asked for a tip. This is not a negative review of the food. The food here is great. My issue is that I placed an order today on their website for delivery. The site said to expect the delivery to take up to an hour. 1.5 hours later I called to see what was taking so long to be told the food was still setting there and that they will find a driver. I requested to cancel the order and they told me to call Beyond Menu. I called them and canceled the order. I even got a confirmation email of the cancelation. 3 hours after the order I got a call from Door dash getting ready to deliver!?!?!? I called China town back and they confirmed the order was canceled. Why...
