my kid asked for nachos without jalapeños and I repeated the order for her in case she didn’t hear my kid but they didn’t mentioned the cheese has jalapeño in it already.of course my kid didn’t like them so he grabbed a bag of chips, my husband paid and I was like why do we have to eat something that we didn’t ask for so I went back and asked them nicely to please change them for a cup of corn, since i wouldn’t eat them (I already got tostilocos for me), the girl made me pay the corn and said she will give me cash back, but since I paid with a card another lady didn’t let her and they went to get the girl in charge and told me she couldn’t do anything my money but make me nachos without the Jalapeno. I already spent 40 bucks and she was very rude when I told her to please seek for more help if she doesn’t know what to do when they make a mistake. I’m not coming back anyways food the served is way too overloaded, full of sauce that it’s almost impossible to close the to go boxes and honestly prices are high. The brown haired girl was extremely rude. I had to ask the blonde girl if she was new, but she said no. Then I told the blonde girl that the brunette was rude. I haven’t had a bad experience here all the 5 times I’ve been but tonight was bad. Then when we asked for dorilokos lol the girl kept saying “with mangos?” We had to tell her 3 times- “no, don’t put mangos on the Doritos” It was almost comical but it was more like she was trying to tell us that that’s how it’s made after we told her we just wanted lettuce tomato hot sauce and cream.

I got a chocolate milkshake as well and I think they put like a pump of cinnamon or something, it tastes like fireball. This was the first time we had such a bad time. I feel upset because I really liked it here.

Just got out from getting my order here. Food is great BUT THE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE! Very rude and disrespectful. My mom is allergic to Mangoes and we kept asking the girl that was serving us if the thing we order has mangoes in it. We ask THREE times and we got a response the third time when she had already made the order with Mango she rolled her eyes the moment we told her my mom was allergic she rolled her eyes and remade the order. One of them just kept rolling her eyes every time she would ask if we wanted something else. She was rude throughout the whole interaction and during check out she didn’t smile or say have a nice day, anything reflecting GOOD customer service. If I could I would give -2 stars, the food is delicious, but it’s not worth having that same interaction just for good food that I can make at...
