Can't say enough about the goodness of Alan and Kevin at this AutoZone based off of our experiences this past Sunday! We were about to head back to the Denver area after a weekend in Glenwood when the battery light came on and started to slowly putter and die. There are no car repair shops open on Sundays so our options were limited. Alan and Kevin helped me identify the issue (alternator and consequently battery). With me not knowing how (or having the tools) to replace an alternator, Kevin even did it for me when he was off the clock on Sunday afternoon. All of their help aside, they were two of the nicest guys I had ever countered, especially when our family of four needed them the most. They were determined not to leave us hanging and it was a joy getting to talk to them, getting to know them, and hear their stories. Read moreI had a battery error code showing up on my dashboard. I called the store first to see how they could help and Tyler answered. He assured me that we could test my car battery and then decide where to go from there. By the time I got there he had the new battery ready just in case and walked me through the testing process and explained everything very well. Allen was quick to ring me up inside as I decided to buy a new battery. Tyler installed it carefully but also so quickly! He even cleaned the existing corrosion off of the ports. He was so friendly and even helped me troubleshoot my check engine light. It was the gas cap! He saved me a trip to the Toyota dealership and did it all with a smile even though it was just before the store’s closing time. So grateful and I will certainly be back!...
Read moreThe customer service rep that helped me was fantastic was very quick and helpful when I just needed some license plate light bulbs. Went back in just to say I need tape/superglue or some help to finish the job and there was a lady, manager I’m presuming because of the way she was presenting herself. That I asked for help and she proceeded to suggest I try to buy super glue and they can’t help. Had multiple auto zone’s employees help me with minor work, So didn’t see a problem she must of got the job just to get by she shouldn’t be in customer service with those attitudes towards customers, bad for business. Won’t be coming back to this location I’ll settle for Napa or O’Reillys in town. Better customer service. More...
