Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gloucester City

Today is the second time in six months that I asked for a refund because my order was wrong prior to me asking for a refund I asked them to correct it the one white lady told me no and the muslin lady huffed and puffed and walked away stating because she put almond milk in my ice coffee already she couldn’t couldn’t fix it which was confusing because my coffee was black so I politely asked for a refund l take the rest of my items and leave the store half way home I open the bag and it’s not what I asked for.I drive back and again politely ask for a refund the lady who repeated my order to me asked if there was something wrong I said yes explain that I didn’t have cream cheese or butter on my beagles she apologized and said I repeated the order to you and to them I’m not sure what happened I said thats ok walked to my car to explain to my kids that we had to go to a different location be the peopl there are t that nice. The male manger / owner came out knocking on my window telling me not to come back to his store because I asked for a refund twice , the first was 3 months ago when I ordered a ice matcha with liquid sugar and they gave me a drink that wasn’t even mixed properly i was sucking matcha powdered threw a straw I came in to correct the issue never received a refund, so not sure if that even counts as a refund. I’m definitely going to say this has to do with race and sex , because I never got rude gave attitude or made a scene if you spend 20plus dollars on food and it not the way your orders I highly doubt you’d eat it. I will definitely be reporting to BBB and if they have someone in cooperation I’ll be sending a letter there as well. How are you upset with me because your employees lack customer service. Also I worked as a barista at both Starbucks and Dunkin’ in the most busiest location in grand central NY while in law school and not once did we ever had to chase a customer out telling them not to come back because they asked for a refund. The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.

The owner was their that day. He was also super nice, and respectful of the employees.
