Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

I’ve been on a kick with shaken espresso from the Dunkin in Williamstown by my work. But the last 3 times I have gotten it from this Dunkin in Blackwood near the Outlets.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the woman at the drive through. Miserable. First day I ordered my drink and my wife a mocha latte. They hand me a regular late out the window and when I said I ordered a Mocha latte.. no apology just took it back and I didn’t even remake it just added mocha got it all over the side of the cup.

I didn’t even realize til I got home and handed it to my wife.

Second time same order, hands me the latte with no whipped cream. When I said I ordered whipped cream, again, no “sorry about that” just gave me a look and added whipped cream.

Today was the third strike. Same ignorant immigrant at the window, no whipped cream. Shes got a mask on and coughing all over the place. Adds the whipped cream after I said it and then hands me the latte dripping all over the place. Not one napkin or apology for the drink dripping all over my truck door. Had to ask for napkins which she hands me 2.

Get the order home, the munchkins I got for my kids where not fresh I had to toss them in the trash. The glaze was completely melted into the munchkin and biting into them you could tell they were next day munckins that they pre packaged in their clear cups.

This location used to be good when they first opened. Not sure if theres a new manager/owner or what but they aren’t friendly and they mess the orders up and apparently show up to work handling food while sick.

I cant even give a star sorry but im gonna be honest as hell right now. I mean just pulling into dunkin the parking lot is all bumpy and i was doing bout 8 mph. Then i park get out my car with my kids to go inside cause kids wanted donuts. It was 9:39 p.m nope doors was locked up tight. Ok i get it, its getting late kinda so we go thru drive thru my wife ordered a hot tea kids ordered some kind of donuts they didn't have them so they got sodas. I pull around to the window and i see a man with his button down long sleeve white shirt with the top 5 buttons unbuttoned down to his belly button his lil chest hair hanging out. Strike 2 then he got the tea bag and hot water opened the packet by tearing it open with teeth and banged with his hand into his palm and then gonna drop it in the hot water. Hell no i asked for a new 1 with just the hot water and hand me the packet he looked at me like i was nuts so i said again he walked away and a nice young black female took care of my request. I think i might have been over reacting a lil bit but bro he used his teeth and put the tea bag in his palm like u just took my money. If I can give a negative star I would. I come here often and the people that works there always seems to have some type of attitude with you for no reason. So today I make a mobile order and when I got my coffee it was not hot just like I got a coffee the night before and it was not hot. So this morning when I got my coffee I asked for the to reheat my coffee because obviously it was cold. The guys tells it is hot, I'm like it's not. So he caught an attitude and heated my coffee up when he gave it to me I didn't realize he did not put the lid on it all the way. So I pull off the drive way and went to drink my coffee and it spilled half of my coffee on my shirt. I go back around to tell them about this situation and all they did was laugh. I told him I need a new coffee. He gives me a coffee and after I pulled off I realized he never made a new coffee and instead of a full cup he hands me over half of cup of coffee after I paid for it. While I was talking the lady at the window just shuts the window and didn't care what I was saying. They some nasty people in there. The guy and lady on the photos were the one laughing.
