I’m not happy whatsoever. I went in and loved the store and the workers seemed very nice. I found my dress but had to order a size down, they said it would take about 7-10 days and that made me love the store even more. But two weeks went past and I have received nothing. Thought it was a little weird but things happen, it’s prom season, so I called and they said it was ready to pick up. so I went and picked it up only to see it was the same size as before. Now I didn’t see this until I got home because I could not try it on in store bc I just had surgery on my chest so the surgical bra would have been in the way and I told the lady that before I left the store. So when I got home and seen it was the wrong size I called and told them what happened, maybe it was just a mix up, at least that’s what I thought. They then said that the warehouse sent the wrong size and they would call the next day with an answer, TWO days pass so I then call again, they say that they have the dress and to just come exchange. okay perfect. I walk in and the worker says that the manager will call me off my phone and right then I think it weird bc why can’t you just give me the dress? Only to find out they never had the dress, they lied to me. I don’t see why she had to lie to me just for me to come in. Now, two weeks until my prom, they finally tell me that the dress can come by the end of the month, which would not arrive on time. I said okay, so can you guys can pay for the alterations for the dress considering you guys messed up and now my dress is too big. They said that they would give me a 50 dollar refund on a 400 dollar dress that I have to get altered before two weeks that I wasn’t even gonna get altered in the first place, and I asked them if the alterations cost more than 50 dollars will you cover it especially considering it would have to be rushed, so that alone would make it more than 50 dollars, and they said no. I just feel as a business owner, if you messed up you should fix it. All I wanted was for the alterations to be FULLY covered, its not my fault that you gave me the wrong size and continued to lie in my face about not having an answer until two weeks before my prom and just calling me back in general. This is not how PAYING customers should be treated. Mind you this whole process just trying to figure out what happened to the dress took about 2 weeks itself. I understand that life can happen and things can be mixed up but I know I’m not the first person this has happened too because the same thing happened to my friend. We went in together so Ik we definitely aren’t the first. This whole place is just a scam. If you only have the size in store available then you should advertise that, not “you can order it online in any size and any color and it will be here 7-10 days”. People are already spending so much on prom dresses at your store, I don’t see why people have to be disrespectful. People work for their money and your siting there ruining proms. My whole senior prom experience has rlly been taken because of these people and came with a whole headache. Yes I know I could have returned it and went somewhere else but it still the principle of the matter. I ordered the right size and you guys gave me the wrongs size and just continued to lie to me and made me waste gas. I had to drive there three different times and I never got an answer once. Mind you this place is like 40 mins from me so I have to pause my whole day just to deal with this. It’s just so sad I found a dress I fell in love with I just needed the SIZE THAT I ORDERED. And if you’re a girl you already know how hard it is just to find a dress, especially something different from everyone else. I will never be going here again or recommending them again, I can’t believe I tried to get my other friends to go there....
Read moreI bought a prom dress for 260 and went back for either store credit or a full refund. I went there and asked all the questions before i brought the dress back to avoid any type of inconveniences. I was told that if I had the receipt and the dress was unworn i could get store credit because a full refund wouldn’t be possible. I made sure to ask because i made two payments on the dress. I asked beforehand if it mattered that i had fully paid off the dress in may and got it in may and i was told there shouldn't be an issue and that i could be given store credit for it. I went back and the lady that took care of me seemed to have an attitude and just kept repeating its a 7 day return policy and that i couldn't get neither store credit or a refund. Kept asking if there was something wrong with the dress to which i answered no and explained how i came in earlier and was told something completely different. I had already made sure to come in and ask before bringing the dress in. Truly don’t recommend coming here because they don’t seem to agree on everything they say and seem to not let all the workers there know how the policy works. Poor customer service i would look somewhere else for...
Read moreBeautiful dress, poor customer service from the store owner named Sophia. She hides in the back, leaves one employee to work alone and speak for her, while multitasking with no personal security to support staff, while assisting customers one-on-one in a dressing room, as parents or guardians are not allowed in the fitting room to assist and have to wait outside the fitting room. Coming from a distance 3 times, on all trips, I was verbally led/personally texted by store owner Sophia to believe dresses of my size choice were in store/stock or to be ordered for fitting and purchase, which was not the truth. I then had to return to the store to receive my refund. Please be aware that the sizes on the website are sized in letters ( XS, S, M, L, XL), while the store owner, Sophia, dresses are advertised in Number sizes in the store. The store owner also has a policy of no refunds, but due to false advertising, I was able to receive a full refund. There is a store credit policy. Again, beautiful dress, but please be careful who you're shopping from and understand the entrepreneur's ways of vending clothing, which they have no ownership of, and how they sale merchandise in...
