This location has never pleased in customer or service! There manager. Supervisor and staff are all extremely rude. Feel like they don’t like there job. I’ve watch s them grab my label for my drink out of the trash and hand it to me . Because my drink was made wrong and I wanted to look at how the order was put in. The gentleman grab the label out of the nasty trash and handed it to me. Than yesterday while heading to an eagles 🦅 training camp event I stopped to grab be a coffee still trying to give this location grace. And the manager and or supervisor when I called was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I stated to her I couldn’t turn back around because I was already on 295 I asked her to please stop using a disrespectful tone with me I’m just stating that my drink was made wrong. She continued to argue and stated “ well I watched my associate make it” I’ve learned in all my years of working with people that the worse then you can do it argue back. Starbucks keeps hiring associates that have no customer service skills, seem like that don’t like there job and really are ruining the brand. It’s expensive coffee. Why not make my experience a great one. Instead they choice violence with there words and attitude. Do better!!! And I really hope JACKIE the district manager looks into this...
Read moreI just had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. The women who took my order was very unpleasant and unhelpful. I asked for the medicine ball and she rudely informed me that they didn’t have it today. I asked for a citrus or mint tea and she said they didn’t have it. I asked again for clarification and THEN she said I have mint majesty. Once I got to the window, I told her I forgot to ask for sugar or honey and she told me to ask at the speaker next time. I politely said ok but asked if she could do it this time. She gave me attitude and again said next time ask at the speak and then asked how many sugars. She then handed my tea to me and closed the window. I sat there for a few minutes and then I beeped my horn to get her attention. First she gave me the “wait a minute” finger, then She came to the window and rudely said what’s up. I asked if she wanted me to pay and she said “yeah that’s my bad.” At this point I was tired of her rude behavior and poor customer service skills and asked to speak with a manger who “said all the right things” but spoke with sarcasm and constantly rolled her eyes while speaking to me. I frequent this Starbucks location and I have NEVER received this type of service. Please...
Read moreUpdate12/4/2019 not much has changed. Decided to give it another try. The drive through line was horendous so I decided to go inside. I waited 10 minutes before I was addressed even though there were 5 workers behind the counter. 5 people working and all catering to the drive through. Finally I get to the front and the girl made my drink in slow motion while she carried on a conversation with an off duty worker who was placing an order. This place is the slowest and worst when it comes tg o customer service.
Terrible experience. The girl took my order and just went to the back. The drive through girl called her on the headset and she comes out looking like a deer in headlights and ask can I help you. I said I'm waiting for my drink. She tells me wait on the other side. I'm waiting and watching as she proceeds to make beverages for the drive through person. Then third worker just walks back and forth like she's so busy cleaning up. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for my drink. Finally she makes it and there's no, Thank you, Sorry for the wait, nothing. I won't be patronizing this location again....
