I went to this location recently as a DoorDash delivery person. The restaurant itself was disgusting. It looked like it hadnât been cleaned in some time with food on the floor and greasy fingerprints all over the front counter. There had to be 8-10 employees in the kitchen area and not one person greeted me nor any other customer that walked into the door. When I finally got one girlâs attention, she asked who I was picking up for (I had two orders for two separate people) she replied that one wasnât finished yet and the other order that was finished, she threw the bag at me. The finished order was supposed to include a drink- she didnât give me the drink and I had to find a cup myself. As I stood there waiting for the second order to be finished, I noticed that the staff continued to ignore customers and even âlostâ one guyâs order that apparently was picked up by someone else before he arrived. It was just pure chaos and a complete mess.
After standing and waiting for my unfinished order- for at least 10 minutes, I saw that there were many to-go orders ready on their to-go order shelf. I walked over to the shelf to check the names on the bags to see if my customers name was present. As I did this, an employee in the kitchen yelled at me because I was technically stepping onto the kitchen floor at that point. He aggressively yelled at me in front of everyone. If it was a problem he could have nicely asked me to step off the floor in a kinder fashion. I felt totally attacked and embarrassed as he made a scene in front of everyone. All I was trying to do was check the names on the bags. If the employees were doing their job and actively attending to their customers, maybe I wouldnât have had to do that. I do not know the employees name who yelled at me but I will say that it was a male and he had on a red Adidas jacket when he came out of the kitchen later on. He was completely unprofessional and I will not be accepting any orders at this specific establishment from now on. After picking up my online order, I quickly called to advise that one of my items was missing. The cashier recalled who I was and noted that they didnât have the entree in question; which wasnât told to me at the time I picked up the order, was initially confirmed as being in the bag and was on my receipt. After being given the option to come back to the store to pick up an insufficient substitute, I inquired if they could just take my name for fulfillment at a later time, as I was not interested in returning. I was then asked if I wanted to speak with a manager which I accepted. This is when a bad experience became horrible. I was placed on hold briefly before a male voice picked up without greeting and/or providing a name. When I asked the name of who I was speaking with the male refused to answer only saying how can I help/what do you want. After nearly a half dozen times of asking for his name and advising that I was placed on hold for the manager he said âshe stepped outâ but continued to refuse to provide his name. After multiple attempts to find out who I was speaking to he loudly screams âJoseâ. He soon hung up on me after I informed him it wasnât necessary to scream in my ear. Of course, when I called back no one bothered to answer the phone. As for the food, (the little items that were correct) were undercooked and/or soggy. The strips looked like they were taken out of a tv dinner box and microwaved. The boneless wings were slimy and undercooked. The bone-in wings were lacking flavor and later determined to be severely undercooked. Needless to say, everything went into the trash. This was the worse experience at any Wingstop location Iâve endured.    Read moreTerrible establishment. I've been here 2 times. The first time, my mobile order took waaaaay longer than it should have no problem. It happens. The second time, my friend and I decided to meet to grab wings before an event we had later in the evening. I arrived before my friend did and waited in the parking lot for her to get there. While I was waiting, a saw a group of young girls enter Wing Stop. 10 mins later when my friend arrived, we went in and walked up to the register. The young girls were sitting off to the side. When we walked up to the register, the cashier said to me "they was here first" meaning the young girls. So those girls had been sitting down waiting for their orders to be taken for 10 mins before I even went in. The only people working inside the restaurant were the cooks. There were 3 cashiers just standing around doing absolutely nothing and not taking orders. My friend and I waited another 10 mins and then decided to leave. The group of girls didn't get to order in that time either. Besides the rude staff, the restaurant itself is filthy. It's a shame because this could be a great establishment to grab a quick order of wings from, however the staff make it such a terrible experience I will likely never step inside another WingStop again in my life.
