Burger King — Restaurant in Goddard

Thursday, June 6, 2024 Horrible drive thru experience at this location. I thought they were having technical issues with their microphone/speaker system for the drive thru, as I was having a hard time hearing the female employee taking my order. Which caused me to think she couldn’t hear me either. So I raised my voice hoping to fix the technical issue I thought was occurring. But they actually had a soft spoken trainee taking orders, which was not announced beforehand. So I got told off/lectured by another employee for raising my voice. I tried to apologize and reason with the woman chewing me out for raise my voice, but she kept cutting off my sentences. She was unprofessional and unreasonable, not willing accept any kind of explanation or apology.

I am a customer in the drive thru, I don’t know the actual issue until I’m told!!! And apparently the employees here either don’t care or don’t think about what’s occurring from their customers perspective. Since one of the employee would rather rudely lecture their customer instead of understanding the issue.

I’ve been to this BK 4 times the past couple months and each time they’ve gotten my order wrong. I asked for a whopper with No tomatoes and No ketchup. I get secretly sick when. I eat these things and each sandwich has had it on there. This past time I went there my husband watched the guy put a big glob of ketchup on the burger. When we showed him he said sorry and made us another burger with only tomatoes. This store starts cleaning early and dumps the tea before they check to see if the quick shop has any left. btw, quick shop doesnt keep track of the tea being out until a customer tells them. at that point theres no point.. i quit ordering on the app because of this. you are not getting what you are paying for. they also dont tell you at the counter they are out until youve paid. oh, when you order a burger please be clear when you say instead of ketchup or mustard use mayo, also say i would also like to keep the lettuce tomato onion and pickle. because these kids dont...
