I went there this morning 1/30 i go there every other day on my way to work they must have new workers & they are horrible because it takes 15-20 mins to get a sandwich then you get your food & when you receive the food it is not hot at all and the biscuits is hard & broken all up today was horrible some new girl with pink hair had the nerves to tell me I had to wait until they give me my receipt remind you I already had my food I’m not waiting for another 10 mins to get a receipt they need to hand the receipt with the food she was really rude & loud & then some other guy came & shut the window in my face me but I still haven’t gotten my receipt but the arguing with me smdh don’t go to Godfrey Hardee’s they has turned into a horrible disrespectful place hired people who cares about there job because I really don’t see how they are staying in business they always out of something I will be calling corporate on the girl working today & the other man because I spend to much money there every week I will not be going there again there mothers should of taught them better & if you can’t work in a fast food place find another job please these people are unhappy people where are the last workers I don’t know what happens to wade & Tina etc but they was good workers and always was nice I work M-F I got here at lease 3 times a week and spend like $20 today I didn’t because it took forever just to take my order and it was only two cars in the line whoever is the boss I’m pretty sure nothing will be done about it please hired friendly people not low down disrespectful people I wish I can rate this place a 0 people must’ve been stealing money from there for her to try to make me wait for a receipt after I have my food for another 10 mins this place is trash and nasty like I told her I have to go to work lady I will be spending my hard working money...

I'm going to start by saying the employees work on Sunday Nov. 24th at 445pm kicked butt. I worked in food services for 18+ years and recognize hustle. They rocked it despite there being only two people that I could see, possibly a third in back out of eye sight.
My problem comes from the App and how I had to wait for 20 minutes despite it saying my food was ready. I stood there and watched them serve the one person in the lobby and one car in the drive through when I walked in. I was greeted at the earliest chance and then watched and heard three drive through orders as well as an additional lobby order be taken, paid for, made, and given to customers before my food was even begun.
Your signage states "Skip the line, use the app!" Was hoping my food would have been ready at 440pm as the app stated but I understand there might be a few minutes delay. But after watching these hard working employees tend to the other customers and me not receiving my food until 501pm to say I was frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I'm not mad at the employees, Im mad at Hardee's and their systems. What is the benefit of ordering through the app if you aren't going to make my food until after I've arrived. I should have gone through the line like other people.
Reevaluate the app and how you make orders. Put me in the line and make the food in the order it comes in. Don't leave a customer standing in the lobby for 20 minutes seething that they can't cancel and get their money or yelling at the staff that aren't at fault for...
Read moreI'm leaving 'Atmosphere' at 0 starts, because I've only ever used the drive-thru during my previous visits to this location.
That said, I'd like to offer, in addition to this review, a special shout out to Janis (is that spelling correct?), who provided prompt, friendly, and proficient customer service early this morning while I visited.
Over the years, I've never tried to ask for just a side of sausage gravy. I definitely overthought the whole scenario and worried it would cause a technical issue for asking. I'm happy to share that such was not the case, and whatever social anxiety I felt was quickly remedied once Janis assured me that I can in fact purchase a side of gravy on its own.
The order was ready almost as soon as the purchase was completed. Before I left, however, I decided on a very last-minute order for some additional gravy bowls in case what I had wasn't enough. The second order was placed, paid for, and served in no time, and without feeling like an inconvenience.
To me, it was a model performance of how outstanding Customer Service should go. Not just here, anywhere! It's nice to feel welcomed, and it's inspired me to consider making future visits.
