McDonald's — Restaurant in Golden Valley

Just terrible service! I've had to wait on average 5 minutes for.... Fries! They don't seem to understand the concept of fast food. If you have to pull over and wait for the most basic of fast foods French fries they failed, to top it off you sit and wait,, 1,,2,,3,,4,5 mins then wonder in to find your sandwich sitting in an open bag getting cold while they scoop fries for everyone else when pointed out to the "manager" was told we are keeping track of people waiting, when I pointed out the fries being served she says ya your next?? 🤔, poor response from the manager prompted a disaffected customer to chime in in McDonald's defense all the while the "manager" stares at me. One off , nope,, it's happened 3 times now, to back up a little, when the girl hands me my order I checked it, which I rarely do and of course she forgot the fries which started the whole oddysey it was already at least 3 minutes before I pulled up to get my order, so why no fries ready? Mcrib ready no fries though, who would have thought people would want fries at McDonald's,,cant recommend unless you feel lucky or you have a ton of time to waste.. I...

The dine-in experience at this location has been completely ruined by the recent remodel. There is no longer a fountain for customers to fill their own soft drinks, which makes the whole experience terribly inconvenient. It takes a while to flag down an employee to get you a refill. Not the employees' fault, everywhere is understaffed. But you know would make your staff's time more efficient? Not forcing them to take time away from their jobs to grab refills. We trust customers to make their own orders at kiosks, but not get their own refills anymore? When an employee gets you a refill, they will not put it in the same cup. Instead, they will give it to you in a new cup, which is incredibly wasteful. There is also no longer a ketchup dispenser, only a tray with ketchup packets, which is also very wasteful and inconvenient. I would consider returning to the drive thru at this location, but will never dine in here again. Terrible ownership/management decisions just lost a longtime customer. It doesn't matter how nice the new decor is if the experience...

You guys are hilarious. I never thought I would ever find myself writing a Google review of McDonalds but I get it now, I see why you guys do it. Im a local guide level 2 and i gotta keep things rollin. Oh McDonald's, where do I begin. I cant pin point the exact reason or reasons why i keep finding myself going to McDonald's but it's probably because it's the only place open at night in the area, fast, cheap, convenient. I grew up on mcdoubles but now it's not good to eat food that's bad for you. I'm trying to get healthy so I think that #3, Mcchicken probably shouldn't be happening a lot. We always regret it afterwords don't we folks? I know what you're going to say and yes I suggested the salad today and got lauphed at. Anyway don't worry mcdonalds, no matter how horrible your food or service is I will always find myself coming...
