I have experienced persistent dissatisfaction with this Burger King location since my relocation to Golden in 2017. Following years of patience and cooperation, I am compelled to provide feedback regarding today's online ordering experience. Today I ordered their online limited time " how to train your dragon" special for my 10 year old son who wanted to experience the fiery dragon mozzarella fries. Once I had placed the meal order on my phone, we prepared to pick it up, a process that took roughly 10 minutes. After arriving at the location, we went directly to the online pickup line inside, but were disappointed to find no food prepared! At this moment one of the Burger King employees was assisting somebody who came in and ordered. Turns out, I found that our food wasn't even started and the staff was surprised about our order waiting to be picked up. Moreover, the customer who placed an order in-person received priority preparation, leading to a longer wait for our online order. I thought the main advantage of online ordering was to avoid waiting for our food and bypass the line of people who came in to order!!!??? Or am I mistaken? I would also like to express my frustration regarding the difficulty of redeeming Burger King coupons here! They'll give you such a hard time if the coupon is expired, but if you go to any other Burger King around Colorado they'll gladly accept them no matter what! It's like they don't like making money or something!! It's gotten to the point where I've taken the liberty of removing the expiration dates from my coupons so they can't say anything and take money!

The doors were locked early so I called in since my work van can’t fit in drive thru.. as I was on the phone with the lady who answered the phone another worker put a cone in the drive thru and I was told they were closed I proceeded to tell the lady I just saw her co-worker put the cone in the drive thru and have been here for the past 5-10 min she then ALLOWED me to order. After having to walk thru the drive thru since she couldn’t take the order on the phone I was told I had to wait for the food to be done (which is fine) I told her I would wait in my van untill it was done. After going threw such a long process to eat at a fast food restaurant they then decided it was to much to walk 25ft to bring my food to me (with my vehicle running and ready to go after this long wait for something that is advertised as fast) I had to cut my vehicle off an walk to the worker who was standing at the door...
Read moreYou're staff today on OCTOBER 21, 2020 @ 3:45 p.m., are absolutely rude. The lady taking my order kept interrupting me and didn't listen to what I told her in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Each time I repeated myself to her she kept interrupting me. When I got to the window she was acting like it was completely packed and it wasn't. There was no one inside sitting to eat or even ordering inside. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru and she snapped something about oh my God people, kind of like we were wasting HER time. If you can't handle it when it's like this, only 3 cars in the drive thru NO ONE inside it is NOT too busy for you at all. You had 3 people helping you in there.
