San Telmo Market & Deli - Argentine Cuisine Empanadas Choripan — Restaurant in Golden

Had to change my review due to what happened to us with their online order system in June.

We ordered $130 worth of goods that were supposed to be delivered with "toast delivery services" or "Uber" and it wasn't delivered at all.

We opened a claim with the bank to let them know and the restaurant personnel lied to them and said that we made the purchase in person and walked away with the goods ourselves.

We didn't. It was an online order that was not delivered. So that was a lie.

I don't appreciate the lying. The Uber driver didn't give us any information on where he dropped the order if he even dropped it at all. so we ended up with nothing.

Today I'm finding out that they reversed the claim with my bank and lied to them about the transaction. I now uploaded evidence that this was in deed an online order that was not delivered.

This is really not cool. If your delivery service sucks, then deal with that yourselves. But it's not my fault your delivery people can't follow instructions or be smart enough to at the very least leave the order at the leasing office which is open to the public at all times if they couldn't find our apartment for whatever reason.

As someone who lived in South America her whole life, and is currently living in the US, I know how hard it is to find products exclusively from there, and how expensive they are if you are lucky enough to find them. A friend recommended this place a while ago and we were able to visit it today. Let me tell you they have everything you can imagine, and the prices are the best I’ve seen around (by far). The team communicated with me via WhatsApp to ensure there were no delivery issues, and the whole process was seamless. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I can't wait to make empanadas again!
