I work right next to this store. My office has the tradition of getting coffee every other Wednesday and on occasion I'll come by with a co-worker to get a coffee. Almost every time I've gotten coffee their I've gotten a poorly made drink. For example once I ordered an Iced Mocha Macchiato, it was given to me as a Caramel Macchiato. Easy mistake , however when asked to fix the issue the barista took the drink , scooped off the caramel from the top , topped it with mocha and handed it back to me. On a different occasion my drink was completely the wrong drink, I watched the barista pour the drink out and used the blender rinser to wash my cup out and reused the same cup. This would have been fine if it had worked, instead the plastic cup was deformed and wasn't completely washed out. Today however was enough for me to write a review. I ordered an Iced tall americano, simple right. Two shots of the best espresso around , quickly topped off with water and ice, producing a dark rich coffee beverage, not bitter but not sweet. But that was not what I received, instead I got what appeared to be a shot pulled to fast, the color was light and brown and the taste bitter. To me an americano is the one thing a barista should be able to make with no issue. You just have to pull two good shots. The color was noticeable enough for my co-worker who is a frappuccino goer to ask "is that right, shouldn't it be darker, it looks like black tea". I ended up just dumping the drink. Has Starbucks given up on the craft of coffee and instead become a sugar...

Wow, today was special! This Starbucks has been one of my favorites for over a decade. I used to work right next to it, and that's where I met Linda. She has worked there forever, and let me tell you—she is the best.
Working in healthcare, I know how important those small moments are before a long day. That morning coffee (or in my case, a Refresher) can set the tone for everything. Linda is one of those rare people who doesn’t just make your drink—she makes your day. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care remind me how much better the world could be if everyone treated others the way she does.
Today, after moving an hour away, I just happened to be in town and stopped by. To my surprise, I saw Linda—not behind the counter, but as a customer! We spotted each other through the drive-thru window, and of course, we had to catch up outside. Even after all these years, she still made my day, reminding me that the world is full of amazing people.
Linda isn’t just a great barista—she’s a truly special person. More than five stars—she’s priceless. ✨ #Starbucks #KindnessMatters...

Difficult to get to, very slow service, 50% drink accuracy. I recommend going to the next Starbucks and skipping this one. It's just not worth the hassle.
Long version:
I've been coming here for the past 4 weeks and I would say I'm disappointed with this particular Starbucks. Not only does it take an excessive amount of time too get my drink after I've paid, but roughly 50% of the time my drink is wrong. I'm not sure if this location is understaffed or poorly trained, but after reading other reviews at this location my problem seems to be a common occurrence. This location is difficult to get to as well requiring you to drive though a business park and make blind, tight corners. Overall a bad experience consistently. Expect to spend at least 3-5 mins for each car in the drive though in addition to the time it takes to get your own drink (2x...
