After this I'm officially done eating at subway. We got there are 8:40PM, the doors were locked and people literally just left, and then they locked the doors. We and other people waited for a minute and a couple people knocked on the doors and not one employee came our from the back. Every experience we've had at subway for the past year (all different subways) has been nothing but teenagers high on weed or something taking 10 minutes to make a sandwich or just leaving the store and putting a "be back soon" sign on the counter...then returning smelling very strongly of marijuana. None of them have ever blatantly locked the doors and closed early though. We drove out of our way to eat there and they can't be reliable. Read moreThis Subway has always looked niced and clean and is in a beautiful location, but the service has always been terrible and the availability of options dubious (if they weren't closed early) We decided to stop by last night as we've tried all the other Subways in the area and they are all understaffed and undertrained with similar issues. So, we took a gamble on dinner. There were TWO employees working (when was the last time you saw that?) Not only that, they had everything, and the sandwich artist actually made an awesome sub. Subway is nostalgic for me and I want to tell you, they hit all the marks (they even had tea made, which is so rare these days, I love Gold Peak tea) Anyway, it really seems like they're improving.. we'll see if it happens...
Read moreBeen getting sandwiches here for years because they're close, convenient and you pretty much get what you expect from a Subway in terms of taste. But wow, this place just keeps getting worse and worse. They look like they've been on the verge of closing for years with most non-sandwich products constantly out of stock. Their employees are constantly rotating out and most (not all, but most) have had terrible customer service. They don't take online orders - or rather, they accept them, but won't start working on them until you physically show up in the store. I honestly don't know why I keep coming back. This place has been going downhill...
