I ordered the svago zero gravity chair. When I received it, I noticed it was very well packaged. There was no movement in the box whatsoever as they had cardboard inserted everywhere. The main box was sturdy and also wrapped with clear wrapping. It also had binding straps on every side. The chair was mainly assembled except for the remote and a few other misc parts. I have osteoporosis, 5 herniated disc in my lumbar, scoliosis, arthritis, and pmr ( polymyalgia rhuematica)..all are very painful. Especially after any rest even from a 30 min nap. I am in constant pain. Pmr is where all the muscles are stiff. I dread sleeping or rest because of the pain afterwards. I purchased this chair as a last resort. I have tried several different mattresses and different pillows and still have unbearable pain from lying down. I can only sleep for a couple hours and awake from the pain. Therefore I am constantly sleepy all day and have to nap and then there is a constant cycle of naps and pain all day. When I recieved my chair,I got in it and slept for a few hours. I had a restful and relaxing nap. When I awoke the pain was about half of the usual. I am hoping that when I get used to sleeping in a reclining position that my body will adjust and the pain will be even less. I had called 2 companies for the svago zero gravity chair. Neither company couldnt answer my questions and seemed they werent interested in helping me decide. One of the companies is within 50 miles of my home. After I explained my budget, they kept insisting that I purchase a more expensive chair that was double the price. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!! This was one of the easiest purchases I have recently made with more than satisfactory results. I had been eyeing these chairs for a while and after comparing several models with different features and prices at different stores on-line, I decided on getting the OS-Pro Maxim from Wish Rock Relaxation. I was lucky that I spoke with the owner of Wish Rock Relaxation, Joanna Walters, who was extremely helpful and fully answering all my questions and concerns regarding the chair and made me feel at ease, being herself a fellow Navy Vet, taking care of other Vets needs. Kudos to Joanna! In addition, her store was offering a 3-year, FULL warranty on the chair, and additional warranty coverages for the next two years, meaning Osaki stands behind their product like no others. And my credit card will extend the warranty for another additional year… After doing the math, this purchase is so cost effective that it will cost me less than a dollar and a half per massage if used twice a day during the first three years!!! Delivery was free, professional and fast; I ordered the chair on a Saturday and had it delivered six days later in my front door. The guy that delivered it help me to put in on a wheeled cart and I was able to bring it inside all the way to my bedroom. Putting it together was a breeze, while watching one of the several videos available on YouTube for this particular chair and it took me probably less than 20 minutes to accomplish after laying all parts around me. Also, the chair did not emanated any weird smells, like reported in other reviews I have seen for other chairs. I use my chair two to three times a day and look forward each and every day to using it first thing after getting out of bed and last thing before hitting the sack or while catching the news after coming back from work. I called Wish Rock Relaxation with a few questions about it's operation. I spoke with Annie. Annie was very helpful in answering my questions. We ordered the Titan TP Ronin massage chair. It's everything I wanted in a massage chair and more. The chair is very comfortable and inviting to sit in. It took me several times to go through different programs and adjust them to my liking. There is so much to choose from. I love the massage I get from this chair. I also use it as a form of pain management for my bad back.
