Spudnuts Donuts — Restaurant in Goleta

This place is FABULOUS!!! A true gem for Isla Vista... going above & beyond for both the UCSB and IV communities. John, the store manager, truly goes out of his way to ensure that customers feel appreciated & valued. For example, I called the store to see if they could possibly deliver several dozen donuts to my son who attends UCSB and lives in IV. It was a special birthday for him-- and, given that I live across the country, I was desperate to send him and his friends something fun (and tasty!) to help them celebrate. Even though I did not ahead of time (poor planning on my part!), John graciously took my order-- and even delivered the goodies to my son's house, himself. I could not have been more impressed or appreciative. I am forever a fan of this wonderful shop-- and I look forward to many more visits...

Really bad hygene. First time the filmy floaters in my coffee shouldve been my first indicator, but i did go back, only because its close to the laundry and im so hungry. But i ordered something that has NO onions on it....i hate onion....and that is all i taste right now. It is obvious that the knife was first used to chop an onion for some other order. And then used to slice my bagel, and spread cream cheese. That is just inconsiderate. I am sorry to review so bad, but really? Could you try a little harder? Is it the pay? To my surprise, the donuts are priced like they are gold filled. A normal glazed cinnamon rolldonut is priced at $2.50 My total for two donuts was overt 4 bucks. When I asked the clerk how much was each. The, very kind clerk said $2.50 for this one and then proceeded to mention that when she was in Vegas she paid $12 for 4 donuts.
