I have been here about four times and have always been pleased. I love how it's both a restaurant and a busy market. There are nice booths in front near the street. Parking has gotten way better since the Project Connect re-striping. And if you use a bike or the bus to access Old Town, you will find it much more safe now.

They have tacos, Pozole, burritos, homemade tortillas, and salsa. It has a little grocery store also to get great meat. Be careful we got some bones In our tacos and our Pozole! They charged me $4.99 for 4 tortillas I thought that was for a dozen?

Bland fatty Barbacoa burrito. Truly disappointing. Salsa couldn’t even save this. I hesitate trying the rest of the items. While eating just biting into chunks of fat were disgusting.

This is a hole in the wall type of mexican restaurant/small grocery store so its very easy to miss but you definitley have to try it. The breakfast here is amazing, the portions are huge and the prices are cheaper than most places around here. the breakfast burrito options are endless and I hear the chilaquiles are amazing so I'm trying those next. I come in to the office super early and this is the one place besides 7Eleven that is open at that time. But Breakfast will not dissapoint! The staff is cheery, they were singing along to their music as they cooked for us. They are open every day at 7AM Yes Saturday...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I work in a shop nearby and we buy from here at least 3-4 times a week for pick up. Now that i think about it we've given them multiple chances to do a better job. But they always either mess the orders up are missing the tortillas or just give us cold and uncooked tortillas. Not only that they get to talking back and get mad at us for being right.Let just add we're sticking to El Sitio on Fairview...

I stumbled on this place quite by accident enroute to LA when I was very hungry. Saw the market sign and went in. Ordered a big burrito...I forget which meat, Carnitas maybe? At any rate, it was a family-style burrito with rice and beans....man it was good? I'm going back in a few minutes to see if it's still as good as it was a few months ago. Bit it is. Highly recommended if you like real, family-style...
