Ordered 7 tacos only received 6. Called to let them know and was argued with about it and she made up excuses. I Dont recommend going here. We ordered carnitas and it tastes horrible definitely not what pork tastes like. The chicken was bland and dry and had a bone in it. My son almost choked on it there is a picture below. There tortillas broke apart too easy and the tacos became mush. We didn't eat them threw them away what a disappointment. We wasted our money and we're shorted food on top of it.We will not be ever go back and pay $5 a taco again.... Horrible customer service when I called to let them know what happened and that they didn't give me my whole order they where rude. Keep driving past this restaurant you will be happy you did.

La Familia Vela cooks for you the way you want it. Excellent authentic food served with fresh, home-made tortillas: enchiladas, flautas and tacos. On the weekends they serve posole, the stewed pork dish with radishes onions and lime juice. Every day they serve more Mexican specialties ranging from birria (stewed goat) to mojado frito (a whole fried fish), and a very fine chile relleno plate (large mild pepper stuffed with soft cheese and lightly fried in a light egg batter). BEWARE OF FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I placed a large order for my team via their website option “Orderhero” and when I arrived to pick up my food, the staff said they do not use that website and had not received my order. That would be bad enough, but when I checked my debit card transactions the order HAD BEEN PLACED and my money was GONE.

I showed the ladies at the register the Orderhero screen with my order and the receipt showing I had paid, but they refused to honor it. Called the manager, and she said “you’re not the first person this has happened to, it is a scam, we cannot remove it from our website, I suggest you call...
