Comfort Zone was a great buying experience for me. High quality furniture pieces, made in the USA, anything not in store they were happy to order. I went in 3 different times to be sure of the couch purchase. Rosie was so kind and patient. I was allowed to lay on the sofa bed for a long time (I am talking an hour or so) to be sure my bad back wouldn't be hurt by it.

When we were finally ready to purchase I called, 1 minute before closing as it turned out, and Rosie stayed an extra 15 minutes late so we could make the purchase without having to drive down again.

They delivered all the way up to Santa Maria from Goleta. Their delivery fee was $150, which included them putting everything together, and we live on the second floor too. If you are looking for QUALITY furniture and SERVICE look no further. First of all, I was looking for a new bed frame, drawers, and a table. When I walked into the store the first thing I noticed is how beautiful all the furniture is so it was hard to pick something cuz they have a large selection! Second thing I noticed was the QUALITY of the furniture (although Rosi has options for all price range) I wanted something to last me for a long time. Rosi and her team were SO helpful! They tried to charge over $1200 on my account when I had never been there. I've dealt with identity theft before and this was the most suspicious. They say it was declined because the card was lost or stolen. They said that they kept the card but not the ID that supposedly had my name and address. They claim there isn't one camera on the premises, they didn't contact my bank or the police. Last time I dealt with identity theft it was around $900 over 12 locations like Xboxes and food over different parts of L.A. My card wasn't missing. This is so shady.
