Subway — Restaurant in Goleta

Subway was great when it first opened. What could be better, it is a healthy alternative to fast food restaurants. I don't know what Subway is like in other cities, but they charge extra for a lot of things that should not be charged for, and they won't tell you are being charged extra until you are surprised at your receipt. Charging $.50 - $1.00 extra for heating a sandwich is high in my book. Other sandwich places don't do that. Plus the ones in Five Points, Kmart Center, and Magnolia, are all skimpy in product. If you ask for more than the barest amount, you are charged. We used to love Subway..now we don't. Even if one has a couple and orders normally, you'll still end up paying at least $2.00 more than what the coupon offers. It's not worth it. Although, I will say, I liked the taste better than Jersey...

The reason the subway is empty is because the service is horrible. Go in and ask for something and they tell you just a minute while they’re fixing their own lunch. I’m not the only one with a poor review of this place. The owner should take a look at what’s going on stop in once in a whileand even if they have online orders, they need to take care of the people that’s in the store first because those people are actually there and have shit to do other than sit on the phone...

I had a great experience today in here, I came in at 11am and was welcomed in by two female staff (only caught on of their names Marisol). They were both very nice and polite not only to me but to everyone else walking in. I was also impresed on how fast they were in helping everyone. My family and I love Subway and visit often. For now on i will try to come to this location more. Shout out to...
