Cane's is one of those places that doesn't really make sense until you go there. A restaurant that only serves chicken fingers? How on earth can that work?
Then you taste them.
Cane's is one of my favorite places. The chicken is always fresh, tender, juicy and crispy and just the way chicken fingers should be. The sides are delicious, the toast is buttery, crispy, and just delightful. It's obvious that the founder of Cane's really did have one love- just chicken done right.
The stores are clean, the employees are always friendly. Customers get free drink refills, and the kid's meal comes with a sturdy plastic cup with a tight-fitting lid, so if a little one knocks it over (or just turns it upside down) there will be very little mess.
Finally, Cane's is very active in the community. They regularly donate to the Ascension parish animal shelter, they're involved with local schools... They take some of their profits and reinvest into the community. This means you can indulge in delicious chicken and feel like you're doing a bit of good!
Overall, I'm a big fan of Cane's. You could do a lot...
Read moreI usually go to the Prairieville location but tonight I decided to try this one and that was a big mistake. The customer service is horrible, food didn’t taste fresh at all and it was bland. How small the tenders were and little fries they gave, you would’ve thought I ordered a kids meal. Drink cup was barely filled and tasted like it was out as well as sitting out. This is by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the franchise as a whole. I love to try new places but now I know to stick to what I know which is the Prairieville location. It was so bad y’all I couldn’t even eat my food, what you see in this photo is what was thrown in the garbage. I thought their food would be really good being that it’s always so busy here but now I have no clue why that...
Read moreThe food was good. Haven't had it in years. We don't have one where I live or within hours of where I live. I gave 4 stars because they had someone standing outside away from the menu board for drive thru. Ok so I am a out of towner don't remember the menu, I mean I know it's all chicken but I can't remember what I used to get back n the day when I lived down here. So I drove pass her n went to the board so I could make a decision because there were cars behind me n she caught an attitude. For the future please keep in mind not everyone has eaten at Raising Cane's and not every one has one where they live, like myself. A suggestion is to have a portable laminated menu for people to look at if they r not...
