Last Thursday, we bought pizza and cheese bread from Little Caesars in Gonzales, LA. As Brooke was sharing the bread with our 11-month old son, she noticed a black spot on the bottom of a piece. She asked me what it was. When I tore the bread open, there appeared to be MOLD on the bread! Luckily, she noticed it before giving the bread to our son. I immediately called and left a message for the company’s customer service. I brought the bread back to the store where the worker at the counter was completely rude and blew me off. I had to ask for the manager. The manager eventually gave me a refund but never once apologized for anything. I went home and filed a complaint through the company’s website. I was contacted the next morning through email asking for the pictures. I promptly replied with the pictures and thanked her for replying to my complaint. I still have not received a reply. Later that evening, I received a phone call from customer service regarding my voicemail from the night before. The representative asked for my email address so I could send her the pictures as well. She said the owner or someone from his team would be reaching out to me. Neither of these customer services reps apologized for anything. I have waited a full week before posting anything about my experience, so Little Caesars would have a chance to address the issue. As each day went by without an apology for the severe risk they put my 11-month old child in, the madder I became. What kind of company doesn’t care about potentially harming an 11-month old? My wife had to research what the signs and symptoms would be for an infant ingesting mold so that she could continue monitoring him. We still have not been contacted by anyone from the company since they asked...
Read moreCame in to order a pizza and as soon as I walked in the young lady at the register started texting on her phone and completely ignored me. After waiting 5 mins later on her to finish texting and giggling, I asked, "can I order please?" She responds by saying, what you want. After taking my order, I gave her a $20 bill, and she opened the register to give me change. After realizing she didn't have enough change, she walked to the back to tell the only pizza maker to stop and come get her change, BUT she left my money on the counter and literally LEFT THE REGISTER OPEN!!! OMG Who leaves the register open when people can reach right across the counter!!! While the only guy from back (manager) is getting change she gets a text, smiles and opens the drive thru window to recieve McDonald's, socializes with her guest and then starts digging in! She leaves again (register still open), comes back with a chicken nugget in mouth and 1 in hand, and wipes her nasty hands on her filthy shorts then gives me my change. Next she goes to the back and immediately go straight to the pepperoni to start adding pepperoni to someone's order. I started freaking out and asked both of them to please wash their hands. Lil nasty looked at me, rolled her eyes, did not wash her hands, and started back texting! Last when she reached me my order, she didn't say thank you or anything. I won't be coming back to this filth box AND i'll be emailing Corporate. This is ridiculous!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS!!! Today is Friday May 17, 2019 10pm Little Ceasers Gonzales, LA on...
Read moreCame through drive-through asked for a three meat pizza I watched him take it out of the warmer when I got home it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warmer for hours it was very difficult to eat. My husband ate several pieces because he was hungry and it was storming outside and I couldn’t get them on the phone. So finally when the rain slowed up I took the rest of the pizza up there she said well I can’t do anything about it because it’s half eaten but I let her know beyond any doubt that they should not let the pizza sit in warming for ever just until you sell it . I said I couldn’t even get you on the phone so our phones don’t work. I’ve had pizza from them before many times and it’s been good but this one was terrible it was the worst thing we’ve ever eaten and the little manager didn’t seem to care about doing...
