Stuffed into the Taco Bell on Litchfield and Van Buren yesterday after about a 10-minute wait at the counter even though nobody else was in front of me or behind me and after I got the attention of one of the workers the girl came up to take my order I ordered the steak nachos the girl looked at me very politely and said we don't sell steak nachos I pointed to the sign above her head that said steak nachos she did inform me that she didn't have a button on the register for steak nachos so since I didn't want to spend any more time and they're the necessary I ordered the nachos Grande and ask to have the jalapenos on the side when the girl brought the order the entire top of the plate was covered in jalapenos I took the order anyway set down and one or two of the people at the table just couldn't eat it it was too hot we had like 3 bites out of it I took it back up the girl said since we had eaten part of it we hadn't eaten part of it we had eaten three bites she couldn't replace the item or refund my money I have to see the manager and up came and non-english-speaking manager personally I don't think it's right to have a non-english-speaking manager in a food restaurant but apparently Taco Bell thinks it's fine anyway the manager refused to do anything about the order I don't even really know what was said because I speak English I'm not bilingual but we were not given a replacement or money back corporate got a call from us I still don't know what happened with that but I won't be back to Taco Bell I'm not going to go to any place that has a non-english-speaking...
Read moreUnfortunately you cannot leave anything less than a one star review. I ordered drive threw. They did not give me my receipt and gave me the wrong order. I came back to correct the order and ask for my receipt. They again rang in my food as I ordered. And gave me exactly what I had to come back to correct. We then proceeded to tell them this is not the correct order and the manager started YELLING at my husband that she made the order off the receipt. The receipt order does no good if you ring it in wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. I have had bad service before but never had a manager scream in my face because herself and her employees are too incompetent to ring in a simple three soft taco combo. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this location again and I hope our contact to corporate will be for not. Read moreI'm not trying to be rude as I know your employees work hard for not even enough for their monthly rent. However jf someone doesn't want an ingredient on their food and not once or twice but FIVE SEPERATE times is given that ingredient and everytime after calling is just told to come back.... that's unacceptable. Gas is so ridiculous, it's 100 plus degrees and I should get what I ordered. I've got pictures of five times getting ingredients I specifically asked to be ĺeft off put on my food. Over $35 dollars just on food not to mention the gas to get there and back. Totally unacceptable.
