Salad and Go — Restaurant in Goodyear

I got here at 6:29 I waited a few minutes then I back up and came through again then drove up to the window because they weren't answering at the box. Then the unlock the window and tell me they were about to take my order. They got three people in there and there ready to go. It like take care of the customers don't punish me because you want your extra minute and then start late. Then I need to move over to the mobile window for what reason? Just intitalment I was about to take your order but now your clogging up the line is how this comes off. Look I drove all the way here and I get here right when you open sorry I'm on time. This place is one of the worst Salad &GO's. The owner of this one or the manager is one of the rudest person I've ever met she's angry and has issues when we order anything from the menu and if you order just a drink she lets you know with her attitude when you drive up to the window they don't sell black coffee they only sell old old cold coffee that's all you're going to get take it from me just drive down to Jack in the box or McDonald's you're better off with TRUE good fresh coffee that reasonable in price and doesn't cost $5 like salad and go...

I don’t know what’s going on today with this place but it took me 20 minutes to get my order, I waited 15 minutes in line and then it took 5 minutes for them to take my order and I know there not short handed I saw at least 3 workers inside, to top it off they did not even apologize for the wait and the only reason I think they did not is because they don’t see anything wrong with people waiting that long to get there order.
