Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Goodyear

Someone came to our office to do marketing for the company and said that they deliver even for smaller/non-catering orders. When I called to order for delivery I was told they did not do orders under $50.00 for deliver. So I drove the location and decided to use the drive-thru since I figured it would have been faster than going in and I only get a 30min lunch. I sat in the drive-thru waiting for 15 minutes on a 1/2 turkey avocado cobb salad and bacon potato soup, and a full turkey avocado cobb salad. Once I got back to the office I realized that they forgot to give me salad dressing. I went back needless to say and told the "manager" what my experience had been and that I was unhappy. She only offered to give me a store credit and signed the bottom of my receipt/asked for my name. Since my boss had bought the food I gave her name and that was that, I didn't get a voucher or anything to prove that there was indeed a store credit. Once I got back to my office with the dressing, and we opened our salads, we realized that it did not have any avocado or egg and it had corn (which based on the title/description of the salad was not what it is suppose to consist of). I am very disappointed in the wait time of the drive-thru service, that my order was wrong/missing so much, and the managers lack of professionalism/concern. Ordered the new Veggie Avocado Smokecheesy sandwich (Vegetarian)on Jalapeno bread and a Bacon Grilled Cheese(Carnivore) for my picky kid. And some Cinnabons because, well, Cinnabon Haha. As a long time Vegetarian(25 years now) it's not always easy to find vegetarian friendly restaurants with food that is actually GOOD(not bird food lol). I am a long time Schlotzskys customer, this was my first time venturing off from my normal order, Cheese Original sandwich. And I am SO GLAD I decided to give it a try. The Veggie Avocado Smokecheesy Sandwich is DELICIOUS. Kudos to Schlotzsky's for finally adding some new vegetarian sandwich options, its fantastic. So good that I am still thinking about it and I am writing a review about it 2 days later to let the other vegetarian people know how good it is! LOL. Also my non vegetarian child, whom is also an extremely picky eater, ate her entire Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich without complaining about anything! This is huge! She even said this is her new favorite sandwich shop.

We will be back for sure! And a big thanks to new management, my order was perfect without a single error or missed item which hasnt always been the experience. And the Cinnabons were perfect as well. Thanks! Vegetarian Friendly Picky Eater Friendly Family...

My wife and I are infrequent visitors to this place because it is a little out of our way to almost anywhere, but the food was always good even if the service was a little less than ideal. That changed today! My wife ordered a soup and a half sandwich with half a mac and cheese. Her bacon grilled cheese was room temperature, her nac and cheese was inedible as it was cold and congealed, her soup of choice was not available (they had only one selection) and was barely luke warm. They made a point at ordering to ask if we wanted pickles as they came with the sandwiches (they didn't) and brought our order to the table without checking that they had the whole order. Had to go ask for napkins because they didn't have any out for customers, had to ask three times for a carryout box for half if my sandwich, and get a refund for the cinnamon roll they didn't bother with. Didn't ask about a refund for my wife's cold food but they made a point of telling me anyways that they couldn't give one. Stay away from this lousy place!!!
