Iām an often customer that stops by frequently, some workers donāt understand that some of us need caffeine to control migraines & our day mostly goes by caffeine. my coffee has to be the same always. All my receipts I have on the app proves I order the same coffee all the time. Sweet coffee triggers my migraines so your employees need to chill about the attitude they give back. Employees that work there need to understand that & stop giving so much attitude back.
I went in yesterday for my regular purchase I always do. My coffee was extremely sweet (mind you sweet coffee triggers my migraine) I told the gentleman nicely if I was able to get my coffee fix and he replied āitās cause you added thisā I didnāt allow him to proceed I just told him itās my everyday drink I always order. The fact I know how my drink is supposed to taste is a fact that itās my everyday drink. He replied to a coworker āapparently the drink to sweetā yes that triggered me to reply āyou can try the drinkā I paid for my coffee so I deserve to get my coffee how I want it. Not a cup of milk with syrups. If you knew exactly what u were doing you would have noticed u didnāt add enough expresso shots to my coffee. By the way it looked you added 1 shot of expresso and 4pumps of white mocha and 2 pumps of classic for my shaken expresso drink. my coffee was terribly off I donāt even work there but I forsure know how my regular drink taste like since I live off by it & next time u complain you have to redo a coffee rethink why a customer asks for a redo. I donāt like making reviews but one of your employees did triggered me cause they have no clue how our day will start with just drinking the wrong coffee. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always come here in the morning before my wife and I go to work so she can get her usual drink, as of lately is seems there has been new staff and they are definitely lacking in the customer service department, also I asked for extra light ice in the drink because my wife does not like a lot of ice simple request and then the barista made a comment saying āthe drink wonāt taste or be the same without more ice the drink will not mix without iceā which I know is wrong because weāve ordered this drink everyday in the past from a much more nice and experienced barista in the early morning on top of all of this when I received my drink there was 2 inches of space on top of the cup where more of the drink could have clearly been placed ( I ordered an extra shot of espresso as well) I am definitely disappointed in this and the next time it happens I will definitely be speaking to management I did not this time because I was in the drive thru and wanted to be courteous to the customers...

After waiting more than 15 minutes , I went back in to see how much longer for my drink. The gentleman just asked what was the drink , while the drive thru lady mentioned that I changed my mind , not that they got it wrong. She was being condescending about her drive thru speaker or what not. After everything she still wanted to argue . But no comment on how long I've been waiting . I got a call on the drive thru lane at 12:12 pm , just received my drink 12:43 , nor that it had Whip cream and made with out coffee. But sure...
