I was the lone person at the counter. Two employees had just completed transactions. They both turned away to the pick up window at the same time. Nothing like being ignored and having to wait for a "call in" order that was ready, sitting to the side waiting to be picked up. Nothing like having your cashier turn to look at you twice before picking up a plastic top, turning it over and over in her hands, then walking away to the kitchen only to stand by a table. Noone acknowledged my presence until the second cashier turned to tell me that she would be right with me. After several more minutes she inquired if she could help me, then retrieved my order. Just as she handed me the bag, the first cashier walked back to the counter to stand next to her. When I told her her unwillingness to assist me was noticed, she presented with a slight smirk and a shrug. I found that highly offensive!! The second cashier apologized for the disrespect, however I left feeling dismissed and unwelcomed for that being my first experience at your restaurant. If that is the way employees are allowed to behave, it has turned me off from ever going back. I understand my $20 plus $3.00 tip won't amount to any injury, but my verbal expressions to my sphere of influence may create a scratch.
My soup barely warm and bread for my "toasted" sandwich cold. Overall not tasty or enjoyable. A very lackluster and disappointing experience.

Read moreYour platform sent the order confirmation email with instructions to click "I'm here". Not to call when I've arrived. As it does in the Mt.Pleasant location. I called the store and the GM actually answered, Kelly. She lied in my face that I was to call then when checked with what the email states she hung up without another word. Then sent an even nastier employee out to bring my order. Mind you i have a sprained ankle and could not go inside. Kelly pretended not to see my order at first then when asked if she wanted the order number(which she never took) miraculously found the order. That's when she hung up. The employee who brought out the order acted as if she did not see my parked directly in front of the business door looking over to where curbside spots(only 2) were filled with other patrons that were inside the business. I could not park there. Instead of contrition the employee proceeded to attempt to tell me where I should have parked. Again, mind you, she saw that the spots were occupied and drivers not in vehicles. When her personal customer service was mentioned she got even more of an attitude saying that is just your black opinion. Walking off. I will never recommend your establishment off St.James Ave in Goose Creek SC. Your manager and her subordinates need a refresher in not only etiquette, but in morals. I don't blame the company as a whole, just this poor representation.

Read moreUnfortunately I do not have a good first impression of Chicken Salad Chick. I placed an order online for my husband and myself earlier this afternoon. He went to pick it up at the instructed time, and it was all ready and bagged when he arrived, but when he got the order home we found that one order was incorrect (the sandwich for me was NOT what was ordered), nor was the second side (it was a trio) in the bag. My husband didn't expect to have to make sure everything was in the bag and/or made correctly (he should not have to do that anyway). Then when I attempted to contact the restaurant, which I am STILL trying to do nearly 2 hours later, no one answers. I just keep getting a recording asking me to leave a message. I left a detailed message initially, but am not convinced anyone will call me back. This is highly annoying, as I am worried the longer it takes, the less likely I am to be believed (although I have photos to prove the sandwich was NOT the sandwich I ordered - the receipt was correct though. Hopefully someone will read this and reach out to me (I left my info in the voicemail) so I can get at least a partial refund on my order (online order:...
