I was so excited to stumble upon this place. There aren’t many of these type of places around here. Boy was I extremely disappointed. To begin with, there was complete silence when we walked in. Of the 2 employees we saw as we not one greeted us as we walked in. We proceeded to stare at the menu which is on the wall close to register and not one person asked if we had any questions about menu or anything. What happened to customer service? Then the cashier, serenity, saw me standing there closer to register at this point so asked if I was ready to order. Finally we were acknowledged. She was very short with us and didn’t care to explain that we picked the fruit or chips from the front of the counter for our side. We waited well over 15 minutes for our 2 food items and 2 smoothies. We finally get it and get to the car and realize the $13 Açaí bowl wasn’t in bag. I walk back inside and told serenity that my açaí bowl was left out and with an attitude she responded oh that’s because it hasn’t been made. I said so you were just going to let me leave without my food. Nobody told me my name was going to be called 3 different times for 4 different items. I thought once I was handed 2 smoothies and a bag of food and told to have a good day that meant my order was complete. Not once did she apologize. She acted like it was my fault. Not to mention at this point every customer that walks in is being greeted and treated in a much nicer manner. That is when I asked for a refund. I am not spending my hard earned money in a place that makes me feel so unappreciated. Then I had to wait for a manager who did not ask what happened or apologize at all. I got my refund and gave them back their 2 smoothies. This whole situation could’ve turned out much differently if serenity had some decent customer service skills. I expect this kind of treatment at McDonald’s when I spend $5 on my food but when I spend $43 on food for 2 people I expect to get a little better treatment. I have never been so put off by a small business such as this. Usually you get better treatment at the small less known places. I know it’s a franchise and all but it’s still probably locally owned. The only reason the food received to stars is because the turkey sandwich that we didn’t get refunded was actually delicious and the ingredients were extremely Fresh. It’s such a shame that I will never go back because their menu is actually great but that will never make up for the...
Read moreI really enjoy the products here, everything seems very fresh, and tastes pretty good! however, it’s just very annoying how long it takes for them to make anything. And if I were to get a smoothie, and a salad I’m waiting 20-30 minutes and that’s with minimal to no other customers in the store. Coming from a smoothie barista background myself, it should not take this long for a smoothie. Ever. I can’t speak so much on how they prepare salads, but it’s a salad. It’s not cooking a pizza in the oven, and waiting for a timer. As far as I’m aware prep for ingredients should be done in down time, so when customers actually do order, you can throw it together and have a customer satisfied with product and customer service! I’ve had my friends complain about the wait times to me without mention on my side before, it remains an issue. I noticed another contributing part of this issue is the fact they talk a lot amongst each other and walk off occasionally while making my salad (maybe for more ingredients I’m not sure, which isn’t happening all the time but will happen on occasion). I’m not very excited over the fact they’re talking over my food to one another while preparing it, for such a long period of time too during a time like this. But I do come back. this place has amazing potential, and a great menu, but someone needed to post this review for some constructive criticism, because it’s honestly outrageous.
Edit: I see the past reviews now and how this has been an issue in the past, I however love the dedication, and updates from the owner to improve on a variety of these issues. I hope whatever is going on now will be resolved, I will be adding a star for the way the owner responded to past reviews because you never see that on google reviews from the owners part. I hope this issue will once again be...
Read moreWalked into this place with high expectations. Let's just say, my expectations were met at the highest degree! After a long harrowing day at Boeing, I ask my dear coworker where I can go for some smoothies and filling sandwiches. He suggested Juiceria. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest, happiest gal by the name of Rachel. She recommended me some of Juiceria's finest hors d'oeuvres, like the Maui Moana and the Mama's Pesto Chicken Sandwich. She answered all my questions in a precise and a polite manner! When my order was complete, she encouraged me to sign up for their rewards system, where I can earn points everytime I make a purchase at this establishment. I signed up with quick haste! After a few short minutes, I received my smoothie. The first sip was something I shall never forget! An array of strawberry, pineapple, coconut, blended into a smooth finish! I thank the dear Rachel for this wonderful drink. She says my food will be out in a few. When my food arrives at the table, I gasp in utter disbelief! An enchanting sandwich filled with chicken, pesto, spinach, onion and tomato. With a spectacular looking pickle on the side. With a side of salt and vinegar chips, my meal was complete! The sandwich was full of juicy chicken and flavor, more flavor than any other five star restaurant I have ever been to. Gordon Ramsey who? In every bite, I can taste the tender loving care that was put into it. I finish, satisfied and happy! I tell the dear Rachel how exquisite my food was, and she says that it is simply the Juiceria experience! I will for sure be back with my dear wife and two loving children. Thank you Rachel for being a very friendly host...
