1st time I've ever been to Chipotle. Also going to be the last. Ordered online, garlic guajillo steak burrito, chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla. Name on the order was Harold Williamson. He calls me when he gets there, saying they don't have an order for us. I told him exactly what the order was, no luck. He put an employee on the phone to talk to me. I said the order again and gave her his name, Harold Williamson. She asked if it could be under the name Tanae Miller. I say no. She says well I only have an orders for Tanae Miller and Harold Williamson. Um, ok, I guess I'll take the one for Harold Williamson? So he gets back with the food. At 1st he thought they forgot the steak on his steak burrito. (They did forget the pinto beans) But no, it was there. They put the whole teaspoon of steak at the bottom only. Guess that was a good thing, as the steak was beyond chewy, tough and dry. The corn salsa was delicious. There was way more burrito wrap than burrito ingredients. So, on to my steak quesadilla. I'm going to assume they forgot the cheese, as I couldn't see or taste any. The steak, again, was tough, dry and chewy. They didn't only put it on the bottom, they switched it up and put in the top only. There was NOTHING in the bottom. My son had the chicken qesadilla. He didn't say much about it, other than asking if it was from the children's menu. (He's 27). Lesson learned. Definitely will not be going to Chipotle...

The first visit, I was missing food - it was a kids drink and an order of chips. I went to the counter to ask for the missing food, receipt in hand. A girl with long braids looked at me like I had 3 heads and then said “we ain’t got no chips”. A guy came over and told her to give me a larger bag. He was apologetic and courteous.
The second time, we ordered via app and used the Chipotlane to pickup. Upon checking the bag, we found another person’s order. The things we ordered weren’t in the bag, and the thing in the bag wasn’t ours. Turns out, they hadn’t made our order yet. We sat in the Chipoltlane for 20 minutes while they made our food. When we finally got our bag, we were missing a cup of queso and a quesadilla. When we asked for the missing food, it was as if we asked for the workers arm. Bad attitude, lots of scoffing and then slammed the window.
I decided that I wouldn’t order from this location again. But tonight my daughter stopped & brought it home. I didn’t get a chance to tell her to check her bag. When she unloaded the bag, she found that there were no chips to go with her queso. She ordered chicken tacos for me, but I’m certain that I got pork instead. I wish I would have taken a picture of the portion sizes of all of our food. It...
Read moreTerrible, terrible experience this evening. Went in for a quesadilla. Easy, right? Nope. The lady who was helping me in the store told me they couldn’t do them in person, I would have to make an online order and pick it up in the drive-through. I go back to my car to make an order and then sit there for several minutes to give them time to make it. I see no one else is in the drive-through and head over to it. I sit there for a couple minutes and get completely ignored. Finally, someone notices me and asks for the name on my order. He tells me the quesadilla machine isn’t working. Thats fine, they’re better on the tortilla press anyways. Then, I ask about my drink, and he tells me they are out. Whatever, I can get a different drink. He tells me I can either wait in the drive—through for my order or pull to the waiting station. I decide to go to the waiting station, which, mind you, is not directly in-front of the drive-through, you have to drive around the entire building to access it. I finally receive my order late. I get home, and I am missing forks and napkins, I am missing my chips, and my pico de gallo. The quesadilla has cheese on one side and chicken on the other. Please do better Chipotle.
