Firehouse Subs Carnes Crossroads — Restaurant in Goose Creek

Firehouse Subs opened a franchise near us in Summerville, SC. After an absence of almost 4 years, I am happy to report that the quality and flavor is still being served! We shared 5 different subs, a salad and the potato soup and they were all fresh and tasty. We ordered online and it was easy to customize subs and salads. The staff was super friendly and the order was ready and correct when we picked it up. My family particularly loved the potato soup, the salad with chicken (really packed into the bowl) and the steak & cheese sub. My personal favorites are the NY Steamer and the Engineer; they were just as awesome as I remembered them. Plus we ordered one of the seasonal "Thanksgiving" subs with stuffing and cranberry sauce. I've been waiting for this location to open. My husband and I were able to try it out last night. There was ample parking. We were greeted right away. The restaurant was clean. Olivia was a delight at the register. Our food came out quickly, hot, and correct. We were checked on at least 3 times while dining in including taking our tray/trash. A manager checked in on us too which was a nice touch. It was the best tasting sandwiches and the best Firehouse experience we have had a in a very long time! We will be back to this location...

This location is perfectly situated, easy to access by golf cart, close to schools and sports fields, and ideal for a quick bite between activities. The restaurant was spotless, the service was friendly, and the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful.
