Tried out this place with a large group of 16 people on a Sunday afternoon. Had a wonderful seat on the patio and because it wasn’t busy had very prompt service. I came here to alert others to the prices which are not posted on the menu. it’s been said in the reviews before, but it’s worth mentioning that the House margarita is $34!! This is not top shelf liquor and it is not posted on the menu. The drink is mostly ice; when the manager was asked about this, he offered no recourse and essentially told us tough luck. Interestingly, the frozen margarita which is the exact same size was only $15. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and there was hardly any chicken in the dish and the tortilla and rice were extremely dry. The redeeming part of the meal was the guacamole, which was fantastic. Overall, the food and drinks are extremely overpriced, there is no transparency in the pricing, and I was disappointed in the way that the manager handled the situation. I am in this area frequently and love Mexican food. I was really looking forward to finding a new restaurant to make regular visits to, but unless they publish prices on their menu and improve the quality of their product , I don’t think...
Read moreOverall I would never eat here again in my life and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here unless major improvements are made. This was top 2 worst Hispanic restaurants I’ve been to in my life, and worst portioned by far. $80 for the amount of food and alcohol ordered is an absolute joke. But if you like expensive cardboard then this may be the place for you!
Went for dinner based off of reviews. Ordered a large margarita, Texas fajitas, pina burrito, and a kids taco and enchilada. The large margarita came with about 10 sips, because it was 80% ice for $19. The Texas fajitas had 4 sh-medium sized shrimp and about 4 ounces of chicken and steak each for $24. Other items ordered were normal portioned. Taste wise the food had absolutely 0 seasoning at all. I tasted everything individually in hopes something did, but everything was BLAND. Service was fine minus the wrong tortillas for the fajitas. Decor was very cool, and the reason we were hopeful for the food. This was the only time I’ve ever left a Hispanic restaurant hungry.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but hopefully the food and...
Read moreNot greeted when we came in. I ordered shrimp, got chicken. Bill was not brought first, just waiter asking for card while standing by our table - I was over it and wanted to leave ASAP so I just paid but did ask for receipt at end to find out I was charged more for the shrimp I did not get. Chicken was cold in extra burrito my friend ordered. Was not asked if we needed anything else or how our meals were. Barely saw our wait staff, seemed to annoy them. Had to ask for more drink. To refill cups, the actual cup you are drinking out of is taken off your table without asking first, for the wait staff to take somewhere out of site for minutes, to refill. Same with chip dish. Ask for more chips to finish our cheese dip, and the residual chips in the bowl you are actively eating from are taken from your table without asking first, again, taken somewhere out of site to refill. This is the 3rd chance we gave this restaurant because it is so near our house and is beautiful. But we will not be going back. Did not feel welcomed or worth the...
