This day was one of the most disappointing day for Food and beverage industry. I just want to report your manager who was name to be Sharon. She was so arrogant, disrespectful and doesn’t know how to handle guests complaints. The scenario is I bought a meal at the drive thru and I went home now I start eating and the Burger bun was so rubbery and cannot be eaten as in it was so rubbery. Now I throw one of it and decided to bring the fries with the burger and show her the condition of the Burger and she just have no freaking reaction and she just said I can make it again and I said no because I want my money back and I lost my appetite already and she is trying to force me to have another one again but i don’t want it anymore!!! And she is saying I already eat it! Yeah I bite it that’s why I know how rubbery it is and I told her I don’t want the food again I want my money back and that’s it and she told me to leave embarrassed me in front of another customer and also to her crew!! You can see that she is not knowledgeable on this kind of industry because she is walking while I am talking and she do not know how to talk properly to customers She get my receipt and I did not have any refund or any food that I get when I leave the store. This is one of the most problem we have in this kind of industry that most of the managers have no knowledge on how to handle this kind of situation a simple situation that can be resolve properly. Read moreGo to the drive-through around 5:30 PM today and the young lady that was on the speaker was very sweet. Very kind when I pulled up to the window. There are about four other staff members standing behind her. Some of them were just standing around. I asked for a mushroom and Swiss burger, which I usually get almost every time that I go there. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time because they’re young kids that work in there in the evenings, but this time my food was cold. The cheese look like it just came out of the wrapper and was so cold. The burger patty itself was not even lukewarm and stiff like cardboard. You try and call to see if bix broken, no answer. Did i mention only 1 car out front amd 2 cars at window. Finally you order and move on. The woman who takes you order would be fired by the DMV for her "effectiveness and personality". She was that bad.This is like being moved from the waiting room to the smaller waiting room. Now you are trapped between the building and curb/landscaping. Now those 10 minutes you waited to order now finds you behind those same two cars you saw earlier.
