Chill-n-Grill Creekside — Restaurant in Goose Creek

I’m a 30-year resident of Goose Creek and this is my first visit to your establishment. We both enjoy trying out new places, especially in the city of Goose Creek. I had the club sandwich with fries and a pickle and my partner had the chef’s salad. Excellent choices and the food was very tasty and fresh. I liked the way my club sandwich was made. The selection of bread was only white bread, but it came out lightly grilled and rather tasty. The fries were not limp and were tasty and hot. The chef’s salad was huge…more than enough for one person. The homemade salad dressing was (butter milk) and very light and flavorful. The only thing that didn’t come out right was the vodka and tonic I ordered. The tonic water was flat, but I didn’t send it back and didn’t want to cause any discomfort. There is no to go boxes and it’s also stated on the outside door of the premises. There is take out if ordered online. Although this was a little confusing because we did see people come in to pick up their orders but we also saw a few who came in and sat down and ordered take out. So the clarity of this type of ordering was confusing. Our server was very nice and she handled many customers coming in and seated while we ate. She did a great job! We definitely will be back again to try out the many different lunch items that were on this neatly organized menu....

I came in with my wife on a Saturday afternoon, and from the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted, which was a pleasant surprise, it's rare these days to get that kind of acknowledgment as soon as you walk in. After being seated, Natalie came right over, introduced herself, and took our drink order. She was friendly and attentive from the start.

Our meals came out quickly and were spot on. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, and each dish was just as we hoped. There was also another lady who seemed to be in a management role—she was multitasking, moving between the kitchen, bartending, and checking on tables. It’s refreshing to see a manager so involved and hands-on, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She even came over to check that our food and drinks were exactly what we ordered.

This place doesn't get the recognition that it deserves! This was our second time going this month and both times the food and service were amazing! There aren't many places where the kitchen is still open after I close my ice-cream shop up at night so we come here! We ordered the fried pickles and fried mushrooms as appetizers and holy crap the mushrooms were some of the best I've had! Delicious! My son got a Philly Cheese Steak and fried okra...I know...what a combo! He said it was so good! My husband got the Here Piggy Piggy fries and they give you a lot and he really liked them! I got the Chicken on the Hill fries and they were absolutely yummy! I don't know what kind of BBQ sauce they use but it was so good! Their fries on their own are absolutely delicious as well!
