Was on my way to church and with about 10 minutes to spare i decided to stop quick and grab something to eat. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to run into the store to order as it would be quicker than the line. The kids stayed in the car and waited for me. My order was placed at 9:51. At 10 I asked someone if my order was going to be coming out soon as now I'm going to be late for church. I was told they are short staffed. 7 minutes later I asked again and was told they are really busy. Now meanwhile the entire drive through lane was cleared and refreshed again, SEVERAL uber and doordash orders were satisfied and a handful of people who came into the store to place their orders were still sitting there with no food. Clearly they handle all mobile orders and drive through because there's a timer on those. And us dummies who walk their butt's in get neglected. At 10:15 my kids came in as they said they were worried something was wrong and said mom we're late. I said i know we're late, if I didn't already pay id have walked out. I started complaining louder that we have been waiting 25 MINUTES for 6 hashbrowns, 1 egg mcmuffin meal and 3 orange juices! I finally received my food and was over 20 minutes late to church. Read moreMy family went through the drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant and efficient. We had to pull forward to wait for our food to be brought out. Once we received our food we headed down the road. My son then realized we were short a burger. I turned around to go back to the store. When I got out of the car and approached the door, there was a woman standing in the doorway. She opened the door, I told her why I was there and she rudely told me there were 4 burgers in my bag and that she personally put them in there. Just to make sure, I went back to the car to verify there were only 3. I entered the store and could hear the woman talking about the black SUV and how she knows the order was right. She then came to me and demanded I bring the bags inside. I refused. She then turned to her coworker and asked him in an intimidating manner to confirm that she put 4 sandwiches in the bag. He quietly agreed with her but gave me the burger anyway. I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by anyone. She wore a shirt different from the other employees, so I assume she was a supervisor. I do not think she should be in customer service nor should she be managing...
Read moreThis is the slowest mcdonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I go there, I wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru, workers are rude half the time. Today topped it off, I waited 20 minutes until even ordering my food, I get to the pay window and pay, did not get my receipt back and 10 minutes later when I finally get to the food window, the guy asked if I had a burger which I did not so I said I had the 10 piece nugget, he looked at the screen and asked my order again which was also incorrect so I told him the whole order and he said he didn’t have any order for that and asked if I had a receipt, since I didn’t I pulled up the charge in my bank account, another 5 minutes later I get my food but not my drink, waited another few minutes before he opened the window and asked “Are you missing something?” with an attitude, so I said yes my drink, he then gets my drink and I grab it and turn for a second to put it in my cup holder, as I’m turning around after the 2 seconds I was turned against him, he THROWS the straw in my car and says “There’s your straw” and...
