Never again, complete waste of money. I went inside, no line in the drive thru, nobody inside, I was the only customer. Placed my order to go because I had an appt to go to. Get my bag, no napkins in the dining room, asked for napkins & left. Drove around the corner to my dentist to sit & eat before my appt in less than 15 minutes. My biscuit was stale, not even warm, my fries & shrimp completely covered my chicken breast, so I started eating the fries, COLD. I started eating the shrimp, COLD. Like how did I just go inside & get handed COLD STALE FOOD?! The chicken was the only thing hot. Clearly the biscuits, shrimp & fries are not under a warmer or under a warmer that does NOT work, OR that literally was sitting up there for SO LONG it lost all cooked temperature. After a few bites I decided I better stop eating incase this cold food could make me sick (thank God it did not). But what a complete waste of over $10 for a meal I didn't even get to eat but 1/10th of it because it was disgusting. IF YALL ARE AWARE OR NOT, YOU ARE SERVING OLD, COLD FOOD. This was before 4pm!! Don't make food if you don't have customers! Don't serve customers OLD COLD FOOD. Customers don't mind WAITING for HOT FOOD!! Our last experience here was when this location was newer to opening and was great. I won't be back for the simple fact I couldn't eat what I ordered. Truly surprised I didn't get sick... this store needs a food safety course including PROPER TEMPERATURE OF FOOD!! Came to this location today to pick up my food and a coworkers food. I ordered a 3 pc meal and my chicken was so dried out and stale I had a hard time eating it. My coworker ordered 12 pieces of wings but only received 6. She called to let them know and I went back to pick up the rest of her wings along with another order of wings I ordered for myself separately. So I get her wings and my wings and come back to the store and the wings taste like straight perfume. It was not edible. I drank coffee and brushed my teeth to get the perfume taste out of my mouth, but it’s still lingering. I call the store to talk to the manager and the girl who picks up says she is the manager, when she clearly wasn’t, because she kept putting me on hold to tell the manager or whoever was higher in rank about the situation. I didn’t want a comp, I just wanted to let the manager know the food tasted like perfume and I feel nauseated and sick. An apology would have been nice, but none whatsoever. They need to put some kind of policy in place not to spray perfume around the food or not to handle food when wearing too much perfume. All I got was an attitude and no apology. I didn’t even get a receipt with my change but I just left the drive thru and the person at the window had the nastiest attitude! I attempted to say what sauce I wanted at the speaker for my kids’ nuggets upon ordering, and I was told to just remind them at the window. Unfortunately at the window, there’s no list of sauces for me to see and choose from so when I asked her what the chicken nugget sauces were, she told me 2 sauces and named tartar and maybe even cocktail sauce for nuggets, when at the speaker it seemed to be about 8 different options. I also asked for a sweet tea with lemon, so if fresh cut lemon slices wasn’t an option, that should have been stated and I asked her which tea had the lemon in it since I couldn’t tell, she pointed to it. So someone made the executive decision to give me tea and lemonade mixed together, there was NO lemon. Now that I’m home, I have a 2pc breast and leg, when I specifically asked for dark meat! I also had to wait for a few minutes after blowing the horn and being ignored by the female who was rude, and whatever she said inside to not assist me, a manager then came and asked what I needed and I let him know just some napkins and a plain sweet tea since thy don’t have lemon.
