Went to this wendys and added tomato and lettuce to (2) baconator(s). I requested to keep my coupon flier due to the writing " 1 use per visit" and was told give them the coupon or I wouldn't get the food. I gave the shift manager the entire card of coupons to meet her demands and she said "No you have to do it". She had previously gotten my coupon sheet to review telling me it was written in small print but there was nothing other than what I stated because Wendy's needs the consumers business. Apparently this lady doesn't go by the way a customer can literally see and acts as they are blind. When I asked she finally said " it doesn't mean what it says" " give me the coupons or you won't get your food" which is a promise that I wouldn't receive food from her contrary to the writing on coupon card. The mgr had a raised voice, wasn't smiling when she was requested to come to the window due to a customer complaint and then failed after giving her coupons to get my order correctly. I requested the supervisor over the general mgr telephone number and she said" call the number on the back". I don't believe this lady can read this coupons print or didn't need to read it herself or it would state exactly to do so. I will still request call from owner of restaurant or corporate mgr. I wasn't out of order requesting what was on the paper. I posted this picture both look same. Will post pic of receipt and coupon card when possible to show writing on cards other than the ones I was made to give to her or my family go...
Read moreI ordered on the app, the salad was different from what the app said it was it said only chicken and cheese was on the cob salad but apparently that's the ceaser salad, I ordered bacon to be on my salad and baked potato but there was none on my potato or salad ...the manager said the salads are already pre made but they could of put my bacon on top so I paid extra for that for nothing,(if they didn't know they didn't read the instructions correctly, i had alot removes and add ons) they was having difficulty with my drink I ordered on the app it said cherry limeade but the black girl said I was saying it wrong, there was no chicken on my grill wrap only bacon I added to it, the potato had so much cheese on it I couldn't tell if they took off the cheese sauce or not oh and they where out of the dressing I wanted for my salad didn't tell me anything until I bought the wrong salad back they just threw ranch in there, I come to this one all the time my order never wrong it was alot of people in the store working for so much mistakes , iam disappointed BUT at least the white woman in drive threw with the light blue stripe shirt was nice threw the whole thing she basically fixed my order about the salad....she the reason I gave at least two stars, other wise I would gave one... the manager was just standing there watching ...and I knew she was the manager bc of her shirt she had on was a manager or store...
Read moreordered a large GRILLED Asiago meal with no lettuce & my husband ordered a baconator. When we got home we noticed that the “baconator” only had one pattie & no bacon. When I opened my chicken sandwich it was a crispy piece of chicken instead of grilled.I tried to call multiple times but no answer. So I drove back to the Wendy’s & when I got to the speaker at 8:02 the guy told me they had closed at 8 due to the weather. All I wanted was my food remade so I could eat dinner. There were still people in front of me getting to order but I was 2 minutes late.the guy at the first window locked his window & I tried to call again. I got hung up on. I called a second time, they told me that I could come back tomorrow to get a refund or they would remake it. I sat in this drive thru for 30 minutes so at this point my food is cold. I asked if I could just simply have a refund so I could go elsewhere& get food & was told I had to wait till tomorrow. I had to practically beg to get my refund. At this point I had done 2 surveys and I get home 30 mins later & get a phone call. It was the manager.
