Terrible experience. Do not go to this Wendy's. I ordered 3 meals one of which was specifically a Chicken wrap combo. However, they stead gave me a chicken sandwich combo. I politely inform the young woman at the window that I'd ordered a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich, if they could please give me a wrap instead. Additionally, they'd forgotten an order of fries. They gave me the fries and then proceeded to tel me that the receipt said I'd ordered a chicken sandwich. I informed the young lady that they must've made a mistake and I asked to exchange the chicken sandwich for a chicken wrap. The young woman then told me that I had to go back around the drive through line and replace the order. I explained to her that is was not fair to have me wait in line AGAIN for something I'd already ordered. But she insisted.
Now, normally here's the point when I might normally take my losses and just keep the sandwich. But it was not for me and I wanted what I ordered and paid for.
So, against my better judgement, I drove back around and waited in the drive through live for just under 20mins. When I reached the ordering screen the teller asked what I would like to order and I said I do not want to order another meal. I simply want the chicken wrap that I'd originally ordered. She asked.me if I still had the sandwich they'd given me, which I did, and then they asked me to pull forward. When I got to the window, the young lady had the chicken wrap in hand waiting. I gave her the sandwich and took the wrap, then asked If I could speak to the manager at the door. I pulled up, waited for 6mins, then left because I'd already wasted enough of my time. As I drove home I called the store and the shift manager answered. I explained what had just happened in the drive through and informed her of my intention to file a formal complaint with their corporate office. Approx. 10 mins. Later, I arrived home and explained to my wife why I it took so long and she immediately refused to each the sandwich because she feared they'd spit in it. I told her I was polite and didn't think they'd do that, so I quickly traded the wrap and gave her my burger instead. I instantly realized ther was at least 1 very long hair in the wrap. I IMMEDIATELY spit it back into the wrapper. As it turns out, their were multiple long hairs melted into the cheese. After throwing up,I called the store again and I formed the "shift manager" (Shea) of the incident. She was very dismissive and ignored my concerns by continuing to attend other customers. It seemed as if she was used to these types of calls and did not take them seriously. I asked for the name of here regional or district manager and she did not know their name.

Read moreDon't have high hopes for any fast food place... but Wendy's is quickly turning into McDonald's... Food is subpar; staff was rude, loud, unprofessional, and talking bout who they was "finna hook up wit"... Tried their saucy chicken nuggets... got the garlic parmesean sauce... holy chemical there was -100% any natural flavor or ingredients in that faux sauce... The sauce was 90% oil; 10% chunky bits of what I assume they call garlic and parmesean. The kid who made my order to go didn't know how to operate the plastic container and couldn't get it to close; thus pouring all that chemical goodness inside the bag onto of the napkins and stuffed more napkins in the bag with his now oil covered, ungloved, dirty hands. And the coke machine drink dispenser? That was causing a major health and safety issue. It was dripping oily water all over the floor; but not to worry, they had a "wet floor" sign out so they could ignore it... There appears to be some growth at the top of the machine... The sodas all came out flat and with more water (minus the carbonation) than syrup... thus the sodas taste like stale flat flavored water...
Won't be visiting any Wendy's anytime soon......
Read moreKids wanted the 4 for 4 meals. So we decided to eat in. Came in and only 1 customer was ahead of uschedule ordering. Another customer was waiting on their order. I waited patiently 5-10 minutes to ordered. I have worked in fast food establishment before so I understand. Cashier didn't knowledge me until it was my turn to place my order. Not only him but other as well looked right at us and not say anything. We order and and the customer in front of us also waited for their. Food. Got our food I had uncooked fries. The customer before us had to also carry their food back up. So I got hot fries. Thank you. My daughter burger wasn't correct. So I got her another burger. I went to bite into my burger and the meat was pink in side. So I checked the others and the same as well.By this time I am pissed. I ask for management. Told her what happened. Her reasons are they have a new cook on the grill and that this isn't her shift. I told her it doesn't matter if it a new cook there are guild lines to follow while cooking and the cooks should be trained the correct way.
