I waited in drive thru for about 30-35 minutes. When I finally got to order the lady told me to please wait. So I said ok so I waited and waited and waited some more about 10-15 minutes later I said hello to see if they had forgotten about me. There was no response so I waited another 5-6 minutes and said hello again. Then a lady responded with "what are you waiting to order" all I'm thinking in my head is obviously !! Or I wouldn't be sitting her saying hello !!!! But I keep my kool and said "yes" she replied with "what can I get you" so I'm still angry about the comment she made so I said "how about never mind and how about u learn how to talk to ur coustermers" and i drove off. So still being angry I called and told another lady what happened and how I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me and if they wanted to keep there clientele she should probably learn how to talk to the Coustmers better. So the lady im talking to proceeds to tell me she don't think she meant it like that to I don't think I heard her say that to I'm sorry. I was thinking So which one is it right ?? You didn't hear her say that or she didn't mean it like that ?? I don't know maybe it's not a big deal I've had a rough day anyways maybe I did take it the wrong way. But I do know one thing regardless if ur haveing a bad day or not u do not take it out On ur Coustmers and that's coming from expirence I was a sever for a long time. And I didn't not appreciate it and I don't think anyone would. I hope u guys get better...
Read moreThe staff here are usually really nice and the food is often made well. Sometimes, however, the food is not prepared with care, particularly the quesadillas. It isn't unusual to get a quesadilla with a small pile of barely melted cheese in the center (with a very small portion of meat in a pile) with the rest being empty tortilla. The cuts usually do not go through the tortilla entirely and never has the cut been one that makes sense. The most recent quesadilla purchased here is the one pictured: 4 awkward misshapen pieces, 2 of which have no/next to no cheese or chicken and two of which are large and consist of mostly unmelted cheese.
But, it's fast food, so there's some expectation for this kind of thing to happen, particularly if employees aren't treated with dignity or paid a high enough salary to encourage them to take pride in their work. (I am not saying this is certainly the case at this location, but am speaking from my own experience of being a manager at Taco Bell a number of years ago.) So, it...

There is nothing fast about the service here, and it is not the fault of those taking your order and preparing the food. When being understaffed is the norm, what else can you expect than slow service?
The whole operation reeks of cheap. One of the entry doors is out of order? Don’t bother fixing it, just tape a handwritten note to it. Your drink dispenser is having issues with a particular drink? Don’t bother fixing it, just tape a handwritten note to it. It took 25 minutes to get you a two-item order? Let us make it up to you by giving you a coupon for a free taco, but unfortunately that coupon expired 11 months ago. Besides, would you really want to wait another 25 minutes for your free taco?
If you absolutely must have Taco Bell, just drive to any other location within 25 minutes. It will be...
