Kroger — Local services in Goshen

I just moved to Goshen about two weeks ago. I had a gift card to Kroger and it is the closest grocery store to me. Three visits there was more than enough. I will not be returning. I have asked the employees for help finding certain items and repeatedly the response both my wife and I have received have been along the lines of "How am I supposed to know?" When escalating to a manager the response is "Well if I don't know, obviously no one knows." I do not expect every employee to have the entire inventory memorized but I would have appreciated at least some direction. I set up a Kroger card and must have set it up incorrectly because my phone number doesn't work when typing it in at the register. After, again, asking for help, the overwhelming response I got was that it was entirely my fault and nothing could be done to help. It is not the prices, the location or the selection I have a problem with but the way my wife and I have been treated repeatedly. I am sorely dissatisfied and insulted at the way their employees...

I shop hare always my favorite place the digital coupons along with weekly deals it really helps stretch a already tight budget. It's a thousand times better that Walmart because there's actually sales and they change weekly so stock up on one item and another next week. Get a deep freezer guys it's getting bad and the meat sales here at Kroger are 100% worth it to stock up. The hamburger sale happens every other week. Just stock up now cause we've got no clue what's going on in DC and they are hell bent on emptying our wallets it seems. This is a really good place to save money download the app and clip your coupons on the app and from the paper. Be vigilant we're going to have to prepare food is getting outrageous we all gotta feed our kids. Don't give a place like Walmart money they don't care about people or they would not make it so a cart of groceries is 400$ at Kroger I can walk out with an over flowing cart and spend under 200$ so I'd say...

Went to pick up my medication today. It was a pick up. So I parked at the pick up space. And when I came out, I was approached by a lady named Rhonda. And she was very rude to me. She came right up to me and said ma’am, you can’t park here. And I looked at her and I said I came for a pick up. And she said this is for only customers that buy groceries. What I don’t get is people can park in the fire lane and you don’t see anyone telling them they can’t park there. But when I am there to pick up my medication, I cannot park in the pick up area. Tell me how that makes any sense. So I called and talked to the manager, which was also very rude and told me that I cannot park there because I was not there for a pick up.SMH. If I can’t park there, then maybe next time approach me with respect instead of instantly starting...
