I can't speak highly enough about this place. I recently moved to the area via military transfer and, after passing it a number of times, I finally stopped in. So glad I did! The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and gave me a 10% military discount on my order. After paying for my pizzas and walking out the door with my pizzas, I realized I had goofed up, ordering two cheese pizzas when I intended to order a cheese and a veggie. The staff immediately transformed the cheese pie into the veggie as I intended, thanked me for coming back and wouldn't let me pay the difference in price. What business provides this level of customer service? When I got it home and took it out of the oven, my whole family extremely pleased with the result. It was fresh and delicious. I grew up back East and I know good pizza. This is a place that clearly takes pride in what they do and the products they offer. The first time I went here it was 4 minutes to closing time and they seemed to be all cleaned up. I asked if I could still get 2 pizzas made fresh and they jumped right in and got me what I needed (Mexican and Badger pizzas with lots of ingredients). They made me feel fine with ordering so close to closing and even admitted another customer to have a pizza made after they had been officially closed for a few minutes. I went home and put them on the smoker and it was the best pizza I ever had at home. Everyone who ate it said we need to do it again sometime. The next time I went there was about 4 weeks later and grabbed some pizzas on an impulse. I tried the Garlic Chicken and it was a hit again on the smoker. We purchased some fund raising coupons for Eatons Pizza in Grafton…my husband picked up what we hoped would be a delicious BBQ Chicken pizza. After a long day, I popped the pizza in the oven and baked it as directed. It came out looking delicious. After we each eat a piece we looked at each other and agreed it tasted horrible…it seemed like just lots of cheese and crust…no hint of chicken or BBQ sauce. We threw the remaining pizza in the garbage. Thinking it was a mistake and wanting to give Eatons a chance without posting a bad review, my husband took his receipt in and explained our experience to the clerk.
