We had a wonderful dining experience at The Terrace at Aerie’s Resort after riding the Alpine Coaster. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and thanked us for coming, which really set a positive tone. Service was prompt and professional throughout our visit. Being part of the winery, the restaurant had a nice selection of wines and some great draft beer options. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we ordered was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. One standout was the "Cutie Board" on the kids’ menu: a fun and creative meat, cheese, and cracker plate served with nuts and cherries. It was a hit with our kiddo they gave it an A+! Most meals came with kettle chips as a side, which was fine, though it would be nice to see a few more side options in the future. We also spotted some flatbread pizzas that looked fantastic, definitely on our list for next time. If you’re already at Aerie’s for the Alpine Coaster, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite and enjoy a drink. We loved the experience and left full and happy. Looking forward to coming back!

The view here is amazing, but I should have just looked from the chair lift and saved $60. We ordered the Spinach Dip, a Turkey Club and Kid’s Pizza. The Spinach Dip came out pretty quickly, but we waited almost 45 minutes for the other two. The Club was pathetic. I paid $15 for something I could make in my kitchen better. On the menu it says it comes with “kettle cooked chips” but they were Ruffles or something from a bag. The pizza was burned all around so we wasted some of it. The dip was the only good food. The waitress was nice but the service was too slow. I won’t be wasting any money there again.

The place has an amazing view, That is it. Sadly it is poorly managed. It has been one of my worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Horrible horrible horrible service. First they couldn’t even try to accommodate 9 people, and then they say that they cannot move a table, when they have light ones easy to move around. It took them more than 90 minutes to serve a burger, almost 2 hours!. And the burger, when it finally came was HORRIBLE too. They need better people managing and running that place. It has potential, sadly they don’t have good talent to run it.

This place, first we had a group of 13 that wanted to sit on the patio they said they could not do that because they could not move the tables we get to our table and see that tables are moveable and then ask if we could sit out there they said yes, separately from one another then they said well it is because of the wait staff. Then we ordered appetizers, I order a CHARCUTERIE board which had rotten tomatoes, blue berries and peppers. The waiter forgot to take one of our girls orders. We ordered a cheese ball and asked for no nuts they brought one with nuts, we said we ordered it with no nuts the waiter was okay with this when we did, the other waiter said well that is how it is served. Then we ordered our main meal and one of our girls did not get her food. She had to ask and then it took another 20 mins to get it after it took over an hour to get our food. Our food came in twenty min intervals we did not get at same time. They ran out of Bloody Mary mix and Moscow mule cups. Then we finally got the forgotten chicken wraps and asked for box and did not get box until it was nearly gone. The waiter asked repeatedly each time we ordered a drink what was on our ticket. Not to mention our food was cold once we received it. We spent 634 dollars as a total for lunch. The waiter came to the table with the tickets and said this is going to be wrong so you will have to tell me and then I will fix it We were also here for over three hours. Flavor of food good...

Our experience here started off great with a nice skyline ride to the top. Our kids enjoyed their coaster rides, too. Our positivity and patience ended after we were sat for lunch. Our waitress had zero personality. We ordered our meals and waited over an hour and a half for sub-par food. As if that weren’t bad enough, my eight year olds meal was forgotten about… it was a hotdog. Not entirely difficult to make! She ended up having a lunch consisting of random bits and pieces of everyone else’s plates. I had to ask about her missing meal twice. There was absolutely no sense of urgency in any aspect of the restaurant. My FIL (whose birthday we were celebrating) found the owner and shared about our experience. The owner was unbothered and blamed staffing shortages and continued to enjoy his beer at the bar instead of helping by filling in where they were short staffed. The waitress brought out our check, there was no discount, nothing comped- not even the missing hotdog meal. After complaining to the lack of personality waitress, she got the manager who was kind, but also quick to write off their issues again with short staffing. He did discount our check but never once did we get an apology from anyone. We explained that even just some communication about how long the kitchen times were and giving us the OPTION of going elsewhere would have been appreciated!

Save your time, money, and sanity!! GO...
